Test probe adapter
A radio frequency (RF) test probe adapter comprises a cable adapter operable for use with a RF test probe and a housing. The cable adapter comprises a cable connector configured to physically couple to a connector of a coaxial cable, a first pin operable to electrically couple a center conductor of the coaxial cable to a first lead of the RF test probe, and a second pin operable to electrically couple an outer conductor of the coaxial cable to a second lead of the test probe. The housing is sized and shaped to secure the RF test probe and the cable adapter in a physically coupled configuration.
Assembly for carrying chip, and device and method for testing chip
The present disclosure discloses an assembly for carrying a chip, and a device and a method for testing a chip. The assembly for carrying a chip is configured to fasten chips of different sizes, and includes a rotatable vertical rod, a cross beam, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The rotatable vertical rod is provided with a gear that surrounds the rotatable vertical rod with gear teeth. The cross beam is internally provided with a first through hole and a first chute. A top of the first sidewall is connected to a first connecting rod located in the first chute. A top of the second sidewall is connected to a second connecting rod located in the first chute. A side surface of the first connecting rod is provided with a plurality of first tooth grooves arranged linearly.
Connector seating detection system
A connector seating detection system includes a device having a port that includes at least one port communication contact. A connector seating sensor is located adjacent the port. A connector seating detection subsystem is coupled to the connector seating sensor. When a connector is positioned in the port while not engaging at least one port communication contact by a threshold amount, the connector seating detection subsystem receives an unseated connector signal from the connector seating sensor and, in response, generates an unseated connector indication. When a connector is positioned in the port while engaging at least one port communication contact the threshold amount, the connector seating detection subsystem receives a seated connector signal from the connector seating sensor and, in response, generates a seated connector indication.
CONTACTING UNIT FOR AN IMPEDANCE LIMIT SWITCH
A contacting device is provided for an impedance limit switch, the contacting device including: a printed circuit board having an electrically conductive contact surface; a radially disposed annular spring configured to establish electrical contact between the electrically conductive contact surface of the printed circuit board and at least one electrode of the impedance limit switch; and a non-conductive housing element. An impedance limit switch is also provided, including the contacting device; an electronic cup; and a measuring head configured to carry out a conductive and/or capacitive measurement and to record measurement data, the contacting device being configured to transmit the measurement data from the measuring head to the electronic cup via the contacting unit.
CURRENT SENSOR
A current sensor me includes an electrically conductive busbar with an upper side and a lower side. A cutout is formed adjacent to a tapering of the busbar. A carrier of a magnetic detection element is positioned relative to the cutout such that the magnetic detection element is positioned one of above the upper side or below the lower side of the busbar relative to the busbar.
ROBOTIC CIRCUIT ANALYZER TOOL
A tool for providing an electrical interface between a motor circuit analyzer having a plurality of motor circuit analyzer connection ports and an electrically operated machine having electrical devices and a multi-conductor cable comprising electrical wires connected to the electrical devices. The tool includes a plurality of tool connection ports configured to be electrically connected to motor circuit analyzer connection ports. The tool also includes a plurality of terminals configured to be electrically connected to the conductors of the multi-conductor cable, and a switching section configured to selectively electrically connect two of the plurality of tool connection ports to two of the plurality of terminals.
Probe device of vertical probe card
A probe device of a vertical probe card is provided and includes a die assembly and at least one pin assembly. The die assembly includes a first die, a second die, and a middle die disposed between the first die and the second die. The at least one pin assembly has a first pin, a second pin, and at least one electrical connector. The at least one electrical connector is connected to the first pin and the second pin. The at least one pin assembly is electrically contacted with at least one contact pad of a device under test. The at least one contact pad leans against the at least one pin assembly, so that the at least one pin assembly generates a deformation in a longitudinal direction.
TEST ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR TESTING A SWITCHING SYSTEM
In order to test substations from different manufacturers and of different types in a simple manner, it is provided that a control unit (6) for a switching device (5) of a substation (4) is connected via an adapter cable (11) to a test device (10), which simulates the switching device (5) for the test and the test device (10) reads configuration-specific data from a memory unit (15) on the adapter cable (11) and the test unit (10) thus configures its signal inputs (BE) and signal outputs (BA, AA) that are required for conducting the test.
BATTERY MONITORING DEVICE
A battery monitoring device includes a battery information input terminal, a battery state monitoring unit, an output terminal, a circuit board, and a housing member. The battery information input terminal is electrically connected to a battery state detecting member. The battery state monitoring unit receives a battery state detection signal via the battery information input terminal. The output terminal outputs monitoring information on the battery state corresponding to the battery state detection signal to an external arithmetic processor. The circuit board is provided with the battery information input terminal, the battery state monitoring unit, and the output terminal. The housing member is integrally formed with the battery information input terminal, the battery state monitoring unit, the output terminal, and the circuit board so as to accommodate at least the whole battery state monitoring unit and the whole circuit board and expose terminal connecting portions to the outside.
Solderless test fixture for trimmed coaxial cable or related products
A test fixture for testing performance of a trimmed cable and/or antenna components. The test fixture may be connected without the use of solder allowing for accurate testing or tuning of one or more the antenna components.
