APPARATUSES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TESTING ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an apparatus, system and method for testing electrical functions. The apparatus for testing electrical functions comprises: at least one clamping tool configured to be capable of being clamped in the vicinity of at least one bonding area of an electronic device; at least one row of probes configured to be electrically connected to multiple pins in the at least one bonding area respectively when the at least one clamping tool is clamped; and at least one multiplex switch. Each multiplex switch has a first terminal comprising multiple ports, and a second terminal comprising at least one port and capable of being connected to a measurement instrument, and the at least one multiplex switch is configured to turn on or turn off an electrical connection between the multiple ports of the first terminal and at least one port of the second terminal.
Test platform for high-frequency cable
The present invention discloses a test platform for high-frequency cable, comprising conductive contacts and clamps for pressing a conductor of the cable on the conductive contact, and comprising a splitter seat, which comprises a top surface and a plurality of varied sides, the conductive contacts are respectively arranged on the sides, the clamps are arranged at a peripheral of the splitter seat and is opposite to the conductive contact, the splitter seat is further provided with a splitter channel, and the splitter channel slantingly connects the top surface to the sides. The present invention adopts a splitter seat with a polyhedral structure, which may shorten the stripped length, and prevent for vertically bending the core, thereby reducing the damage to the cable structure to the greatest extent, and greatly increasing the test frequency.
Automated waveform analysis using a parallel automated development system
A mixed signal testing system capable of testing differently configured units under test (UUT) includes a controller, a test station and an interface system that support multiple UUTs. The test station includes independent sets of channels configured to send signals to and receive signals from each UUT being tested and signal processing subsystems that direct stimulus signals to a respective set of channels and receive signals in response thereto. The signal processing subsystems enable simultaneous and independent directing of stimulus signals through the sets of channels to each UUT and reception of signals from each UUT in response to the stimulus signals. Received signals responsive to stimulus signals provided to a fully functional UUT (with and without induced faults) are used to assess presence or absence of faults in the UUT being tested which may be determined to include one or more faults or be fault-free, i.e., fully functional.
Universal mate-in cable interface system
An assembly for interfacing an existing harness connector of an installed wiring harness to a test module. The assembly comprises: a harness-specific connector which is connectable to the existing harness connector, a test box connector module connected to the harness-specific connector, for connecting to a test module, and a unique identifier which is readable on the assembly and which is unique to the test box connector module; wherein the unique identifier is used to identify the test box connector module and to determine a configuration that corresponds to the identifier of the assembly, and to determine the correspondence between contacts of the test module to contacts of the existing harness connector.
SPLIT INSULATED INPUT POST FOR ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT TOOL
A device for performing electrical measurements according to the present disclosure includes a first input post that is electrically conducting, a second input post that is electrically conducting, and a sleeve that is electrically insulating and at least partially surrounds the first input post and the second input post. The sleeve includes a first rib extending in a longitudinal direction of the sleeve and a second rib extending in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve. The first rib and the second rib are constructed to separate the first input post and the second input post.
TESTING DEVICE AND ITS ADAPTER HOLDER
An adapter bracket includes a holder and a fixing element. The holder includes a first strip-shaped body and a second strip-shaped body. The first strip-shaped body is formed with a plurality of first notches linearly arranged on a first coupling surface of the first strip-shaped body. The second strip-shaped body is formed with a plurality of second notches linearly arranged on a second coupling surface of the second strip-shaped body. The fixing element detachably couples the first strip-shaped body and the second strip-shaped body together, so that the first coupling surface and the second coupling surface are in contact with each other, and the first notches and the second notches are jointly combined into a plurality of fastening holes arranged linearly, and each of the fastening holes can hold an object therein.
ENHANCED INTERFACE FOR CHECKING AND NEUTRALIZING AN ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY LINE OF AN AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT COMPRISING SUCH AN INTERFACE
An enhanced interface for checking an aircraft electrical power supply line, the interface being configured to easily and rapidly check an absence of electrical potential at at least one determined point of an aircraft electrical installation comprising an equipment item of high-voltage type. Also to an aircraft comprising such an enhanced interface and a method for checking and neutralizing an electrical power supply line of an aircraft.
DATA SIGNAL TRANSMISSION CONNECTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
A signal transmission connector formed by fastening the lower cover in a state where conductive electrodes supported by cover holes of the lower cover are inserted into frame holes of the upper frame to which the ball guide film is attached. The conductive electrodes may be replaced individually, and the conductive electrodes can operate independently. There is provided a rubber socket type signal transmission connector, which is advantageous for high-speed signal transmission.
Two-Prong Plug of a Single Lead Set for Supplying Fieldbus Communication and Power from a Handheld Maintenance Tool in a Hazardous Area
A connector assembly for a portable field device testing includes a two-wire communication line to provide communication between a handheld maintenance tool and a field device, a first two-prong plug to provide power and communication signals to the field device and a shunt plug to provide power to the field device using the two-wire communication line.
Compressible test connector for coaxial cables
A connector for terminating a cable including a compressible fitting and a crimp nut. The compressible fitting has an inner passage to receive a portion of the cable and a threaded outer wall coaxial with and surrounding the inner passage. The outer wall includes a first slot extending radially through the outer wall and axially away from a first end of the outer wall. The crimp nut is configured to thread onto the outer wall of the compressible fitting. The crimp nut is further configured, in a first position, not to constrict the inner passage and, in a second position, to radially compress the outer wall of the compressible fitting to reduce a bore diameter of the inner passage and to electrically connect the outer wall with the portion of the cable received in the inner passage of the compressible fitting. Methods are also disclosed.
