The high-voltage interlock device includes: a first signal detection circuit, configured to collect a first original electric signal from a high-voltage interlock component and convert the first original electric signal into a first sampled signal while ensuring that the high-voltage interlock component is isolated from a fault diagnosis module; a second signal detection circuit, configured to collect a second original electric signal from the high-voltage interlock component and convert the second original electric signal into a second sampled signal while ensuring that the high-voltage interlock component is isolated from the fault diagnosis module; the fault diagnosis module, configured to determine a fault of the high-voltage interlock component according to the first and/or the second sampled signal, under a condition that at least one of the first and the second switch modules is in an OFF state.

The method may also include automatically adjusting, via the processors, circuit connections associated with the printed circuit board to route wiring that controls each motor to the corresponding motor controller.

CIRCUIT BREAKERS WITH FIELD SERVICING CAPABILITY
A method of monitoring a circuit having load(s) includes receiving normal-mode data from circuit breakers operating in a normal mode, transforming the normal-mode data into first display data, providing the normal-mode display data to a remote user device for display by a GUI of the user device, and receiving an external diagnostics request via the GUI of the user device for selected circuit breaker(s) to enter a diagnostics mode. In response to the external diagnostics request, an internal diagnostics request is sent to the selected circuit breaker(s). Diagnostics-mode data is received from the selected circuit breaker(s), wherein the diagnostics-mode data was obtained by the selected circuit breaker(s) operating in a diagnostics mode responsive to the internal diagnostics request. The method further includes determining second display data as a function of the diagnostic-mode data and providing the second display data to the user device for display by the user device's GUI.
TESTING SYSTEM THAT DETERMINES CONTACT EROSION IN CIRCUIT BREAKER
A testing system includes a truck carrying a circuit breaker, a fixed contact, and an actuator piston connected to a movable contact. A test platform supports the truck in a contact testing position and includes a sensor circuit mounted on the test platform and positioned under the truck and aligned with the circuit breaker when the truck is on the test platform in the contact testing position. The sensor circuit is configured to acquire displacement data of the actuator piston when the movable electrical contact is moved between the open and closed positions. A controller is coupled to the sensor circuit and configured to receive the displacement data and determine electrical contact erosion within the circuit breaker.
