Absorbent article with belt having profiled elasticity
The disclosure relates to absorbent articles having a front belt and a rear belt, each comprising a central zone and first and second peripheral zones, the zones extending substantially in transverse direction of the absorbent article. The at least first belt provides improved fit in the low motion zone of a wearer while being able to adapt easily to the motion of the wearer outside the low motion zone.
ABSORBENT ARTICLES HAVING APERTURED, THREE-DIMENSIONAL MATERIALS AND METHODS FOR MAKING SAME
An absorbent article is provided. The absorbent article includes a nonwoven, liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed at least partially intermediate the topsheet and the backsheet. The absorbent article includes an apertured substrate having a layer of fibers and has a plurality of apertures defined in the layer of fibers. At least some of the apertures have a side wall having a portion disposed an angle in the range of about 55 degrees to about 90 degrees, according to the 2D X-Ray CT Scan Test herein.
Absorbent article having multiple zones
An absorbent article is disclosed. The absorbent article having a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core structure having one or more layers. The absorbent article has multiple zones.

Urine detection method and urine detection device
A urine detection method and a urine detection device are disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing a capacitive humidity detection unit to be placed on a diaper, wherein the capacitive humidity detection unit is configured to detect a humidity of the diaper to generate a capacitance value; providing a processing unit to record an environmental capacitance value, wherein when the processing unit receives the capacitance value, it compares the capacitance value with the environmental capacitance value, when the capacitance value is greater than the environmental capacitance value, the processing unit generates a reminder signal; providing a reminder unit to generate a reminder when receiving the reminder signal. The urine detection device is used for performing the urine detection method.
Butterfly Elastic Band Stretch Disposal Underwear with Bladder Protection
This invention is designed to allow women to wear disposable strap underwear with bladder pad protection that fits and stretches around the leg rather than the thigh. The stretchable elastic bands claim without size restriction allows the bands to be used in unisex to secure pads, underwear, or pants.
URINE DETECTION METHOD AND URINE DETECTION DEVICE

Undergarment with a waterproof pocket and an absorbent insert
An absorbing undergarment includes a waterproof pocket configured to attach to a front side of an undergarment. The waterproof pocket includes a sealable opening to receive an absorbent insert and an orifice adjacent an undergarment opening for urine to pass there through. A front panel of the undergarment is designed to attach to the waterproof pocket so the pocket orifice aligns to a front opening of the undergarment. An absorbent insert is designed in shape to be complementary to a shape of the waterproof pocket to maximize surface area. The absorbent insert is urine retentive. A self-sealing opening for a male genitalia portion to pass there through is also included. The waterproof pocket flays open like a butterfly's wings attached at a crotch of the undergarment and is fastened around a perimeter thereof. The sealable opening includes an interlocking groove and ridge that form a tight seal when pressed together.
Diaper adapted for collection of urine sample from an infant
A disposable diaper product useful for collecting a urine sample from an infant is disclosed. In one example the product may have a liquid control structure overlying a liquid impermeable backsheet, with a plan surface area defining a volume coextensive therewith, wherein a portion of the volume defined by at least 50 percent of the plan surface area contains no more than 50 percent by weight absorbent material. In another example the product may have a liquid control structure overlying a liquid impermeable backsheet, and have an average Liquid Release Ratio of at least 3 percent. A method for collecting a urine sample from an infant is also disclosed, in which a diaper is used for collection.
Absorbent article having waist gasketing element
An absorbent article for wearing about the lower torso of a wearer includes a first waist region having a first waist edge, a second waist region having a second waist edge, and a crotch region disposed between the first and second waist regions. The article further includes a first longitudinal edge, a second longitudinal edge, and a chassis comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet. A waist gasketing element is disposed in one of the first or the second waist regions and joined to the chassis in a chassis attachment region. The waist gasketing element comprises an outboard lateral edge and an inboard lateral edge. The chassis attachment region comprises a first zone proximate to the outboard lateral edge and a second zone disposed longitudinally inboard of the first zone. Each of the first and the second zones comprise one or more chassis attachment bonds. The first zone comprises a first total basis weight and the second zone comprises a second total basis weight, wherein the second total basis weight is greater than the first total basis weight.
