Garments that can be readily put on and are of use by the physically disabled utilize, among other things, pulley systems, magnetic snaps, and magnetic straps. Such elements may be used separately or in combination of two more thereof. The pule systems can be used to readily adjust a length or a circumference of a portion of the garments. The magnetic snaps disclosed herein allow a wearer to easily open and close garments by interlocking two magnetic snaps that neatly fit into each other without having to worry about the snaps attached to an unwanted object. The magnetic straps can be used to secure a disposition of a strap that adjusts a position of a portion of garments. The pulley system comprises at least one strap and a channel that surrounds the at least one strap. The strap slides within the channel to push or pull a target portion that is attached to the strap.

Wearable posture monitoring device and method thereof
A wearable posture monitoring device is provided. The device includes a first posture sensor to measure a first bend parameter associated with shoulders of a user and a second posture sensor to measure a second bend parameter associated with vertebral column of the user. The device includes a control unit operatively coupled to the first posture sensor and the second posture sensor and is configured to compare the first bend parameter with a first predefined reference value and the second bend parameter with a second predefined reference value to detect an improper bend in one or more of the shoulders and vertebral column of the user. The control unit is further configured to display a visual indication, on a display interface associated with the posture monitoring device, to indicate the detected improper bend of one or more of the shoulders and vertebral column of the user.
ADJUSTABLE SHIRT SLEEVE
A sleeve diameter adjustment system may comprise: a slit through the sleeve body; a first sleeve flap; a second sleeve flap, wherein the first sleeve flap and the second sleeve flap are separated by the slit; at least two columns of first fasteners coupled to the first sleeve flap spanning between the sleeve proximal end and the sleeve distal end; a column of second fasteners coupled to the second sleeve flap spanning between the sleeve proximal end and the sleeve distal end, wherein the second fasteners are complementary to the first fasteners such that a second fastener may couple to a first fastener, which results in the first sleeve flap and the second sleeve flap being coupled. The sleeve diameter may be different depending on whether a second fastener is coupled to a first fastener in a first column or a second column of first fasteners.
