ADJUSTABLE SHIRT SLEEVE
A sleeve diameter adjustment system may comprise: a slit through the sleeve body; a first sleeve flap; a second sleeve flap, wherein the first sleeve flap and the second sleeve flap are separated by the slit; at least two columns of first fasteners coupled to the first sleeve flap spanning between the sleeve proximal end and the sleeve distal end; a column of second fasteners coupled to the second sleeve flap spanning between the sleeve proximal end and the sleeve distal end, wherein the second fasteners are complementary to the first fasteners such that a second fastener may couple to a first fastener, which results in the first sleeve flap and the second sleeve flap being coupled. The sleeve diameter may be different depending on whether a second fastener is coupled to a first fastener in a first column or a second column of first fasteners.

In one aspect, the present disclosure provides an article formed of a knitted component. The article may be an upper for an article of footwear. The knitted component may have a first portion and a second portion, where the first portion of the knitted component at least partially forms a foot-receiving portion of the upper, where the second portion of the knitted component at least partially forms a strap of the upper, where the strap includes a first edge and a second edge secured to the first portion of the knitted component, and where the strap includes a third edge that extends from the first edge to the second edge.

The disposable isolation gown includes a perforation extending vertically along the second portion of the body covering layer.

To improve the cooling of the axillary area efficiently, the climate zone has a plurality of fins which are arranged parallel to another and which are contacting the skin of the wearer during intended use of the garment, wherein the fins are extending along a defined height over a base material of the garment, wherein the fins are arranged in such a manner that the envelope of all fins has a kite-shape or rhomb-shape seen in the direction perpendicular onto the base material of the garment.

System and method for connecting garments and related articles
A system and method of selectively connecting at least two articles of clothing is provided. First and second articles, which may comprise a glove and jacket sleeve or cuff, have mating geometries and at least one fastener to securely and selectively connect the two articles. In certain embodiments, magnets are provided as fasteners to connect the articles. For example, in certain embodiments, a method and system is provided that comprises features adapted to allow connection of an accessory (e.g. ski glove) to a portion of another article (e.g. jacket).
System and method for connecting garments and related articles
A system and method of selectively connecting at least two articles of clothing is provided. First and second articles, which may comprise a glove and jacket sleeve or cuff, have mating geometries and at least one fastener to securely and selectively connect the two articles. Gown
A gown is disclosed with an opening in the back extending from the neck area to the bottom creating 2 panels. At least one elastic/flexible/stretchable strap is provided in the neck area of the gown. Each flexible strap has one end attached to each of the 2 panels of the open gown. The gown is designed for the first panel to extend over the second panel and can be weighted to minimize any movement of the first panel away from the second panel. In another embodiment a portion of the first panel extends to the user's side or front area and secured to the side or front of the gown.
Sleeved partial undergarment and garment system
A unitary sleeved partial undershirt may be configured to be worn as an outer garment or beneath an outer garment. The partial undershirt may include tubular first and second sleeves of at least 12 inches in length, each having tubular construction that is void of any fastener. The first and second sleeves may be sized to conform to contours of arms of the wearer. The partial undershirt may additionally include a yoke including a front yoke portion, a back yoke portion, an undershirt neck edge defining an undershirt neck opening, and an undershirt torso opening edge defining an undershirt torso opening. The yoke may extend continuously and non-separably between the sleeves, and the front and/or back yoke portions may be sized such that the distance between the undershirt neck edge and the undershirt torso opening edge at the front yoke portion and back yoke portion is in a range between 1.35 and 8.8 inches.
