A garment may include first and second tubular sleeves with a continuous front region extending between the sleeves and from a neck opening down to a torso opening, a continuous back region extending between the sleeves and from the neck opening down to the torso opening. The opening extends from and is continuous with a distal-most region of the proximal sleeve openings so that the front region and the back region do not connect to each other around the first and second sleeve openings.

SHIRT SLEEVES WITH POMPOMS
Pompoms are removably attachable to the cuff portions of a long sleeve garment. The pompoms can be easily removed from the sleeves to allow the pompoms to be worn on the user's wrists independently of the garment. The pompoms are attached to the sleeves with use of cooperating releasable fasteners such as, but not limited to, hook and loop fasteners, hook and eye fasteners, snaps, or rows of loops and buttons encircling the wrist portion of the sleeve. A band on the pompoms has an arrangement of releasable fasteners to allow the pompoms to be adjustably secured around the user's wrists when separated from the garment sleeves. Examples of materials used for the pompoms include string, synthetic raffia, ribbons, fringe, yarn, plastic streamers, paper strips or feathers.
SPORTSWEAR COOLING SYSTEM
A sportswear cooling system for enhancing physical activity for a wearer is provided which has a first compartment containing a cooling solution and a second compartment containing water. The first compartment is positioned within the second compartment and the walls of the first compartment are adapted to be ruptured so that when the cooling solution and water combine an endothermic reaction is produced calculated to cool a portion of the body upon application.

SLEEVE CONSTRUCTION FOR AN ARTICLE OF APPAREL
An article of apparel is provided having sleeves with a first panel, a second panel and a third panel. The first panel is generally located on a medial portion of the sleeve, and the second panel and the third panel are generally located on a lateral portion of the sleeve. The sleeves may also comprise an elastically resilient panel positioned adjacent at least the second panel, such that the elastically resilient panel provides increased range of motion for a wearer.
