A method of disposing of an absorbent pad may include pivoting a flexible bag from a storage position to a use position such that at least a portion of the flexible bag extends from the absorbent pad, folding a left and right portion of the flexible bag towards a center portion of the flexible bag to form a stacked portion, rolling the stacked portion towards the flexible bag to form a roll, and disposing the roll within a cavity defined by one of an outer surface or an inner surface of the flexible bag.

The invention relates to a wound dressing device for securing a dressing in position on a wound, wherein the wound dressing device comprises: a retaining device for encompassing a portion of the body; a dressing, and; a fastening element that can secure the dressing in position. The fastening element being configured at least substantially external to the retaining device, the dressing being configured at least substantially internal to the retaining device, such that the dressing can be secured to the fastening element through the retaining device. A pet diaper includes: a top sheet; a back-surface sheet; an absorbent core disposed between the top sheet and the back-surface sheet; a tail hole portion including a hole body through which a tail of a pet is inserted; and an upright leak-proof gather including a rising portion including a contraction portion in which a leak-proof elastic member is disposed in a stretched state in a longitudinal direction, and a lateral fixed portion that is disposed away from the rising portion toward a lateral outer side and that functions as a rising fulcrum of the rising portion. The tail hole portion is disposed at a position that is away from an end edge of the absorbent core on the rear side toward the rear side. The contraction portion is disposed straddling a region between the tail hole portion and the absorbent core.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article for pets that fits the body of a pet in an excellent manner and is able to properly absorb liquid bodily waste such as urine. This absorbent article (1) for pets has mutually perpendicular longitudinal, width and thickness directions and is worn in such a way that the longitudinal direction extends around the body of a pet. The absorbent article (1) for pets comprises an absorbent body (4) that is provided with a deformation guide part (40) extending in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction in a plan view.

A canine diaper with re-useable and removable absorption pad may include a resilient body band which may include a resilient fabric material. The body band may have a first side configured for contacting the body of a desired animal, preferably a dog, and a second side which may be positioned opposite from the first side and away from the body of the animal. A liner may be coupled to the first side at a central region on the body band. A pocket panel may be coupled to the liner and/or first side to form a pocket cavity between the liner and pocket panel. An absorption pad may be removably received in the pocket cavity which may be positioned in contact with the urine emitting organ of the animal. A liquid absorbent support cushion for a user is disclosed comprising a first member having first and second surfaces, the first member constructed of a first material in which the first member is substantially liquid permeable and the first material is substantially liquid impervious. The cushion includes a second member having first and second surfaces, the second member constructed of a second material in which the second member is substantially liquid permeable and the second material is substantially liquid impervious. The cushion also includes a third member, the third member is liquid absorbent; and wherein the second member is positioned between the first and third members and wherein the first, second and third members are constructed such that liquid passing through the first and second members is absorbed by the third member.

A diaper for mounting on a dog includes: a waistband, optionally with hook and loop connector portions; connector straps, including first and second top straps and first and second bottom straps; a collection bag, including a drawstring and a perforation; such that the waistband is positioned around the waist of the dog, such that the aperture of the collection bag is positioned around a rectal exit of the dog, whereby fecal matter is deposited in the interior of the collection bag when the dog defecates.

The lower edges area 33 of the ventral region 13 has an elastic area contractible in the lateral direction.
