UNDERGARMENT HYGIENE PRODUCT
An absorbent article for use as an undergarment hygiene product comprises: a first portion having an elliptical shape and a first width; a connecting portion extending from the first portion and having a second width; a second portion extending from the connecting portion and having a third width, the third width greater than the second width; and, a fastening system arranged on an outer surface of the absorbent article for fixing the absorbent article to an inner surface of an article of clothing. Another absorbent article for use as an undergarment hygiene product comprises: a longitudinal axis, a first portion having an elliptical shape and a first width symmetrical about the longitudinal axis; a connecting portion extending from the first portion and having a second width; a second portion extending from the connecting portion and having a third width, the third width greater than the second width; a fastening system arranged on an outer surface of the absorbent article for fixing the absorbent article to an inner surface of an article of clothing: and, wherein the second portion includes a middle section including the longitudinal axis and having an edge perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the middle section between first and second wing sections, the first and second wing sections symmetrical about the longitudinal axis.
GARMENTS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Garments and associated methods are disclosed. In examples, a garment includes an absorbent assembly bonded to a body portion. In examples, the absorbent assembly includes an absorbent layer and overlies at least a central region of the body portion. In examples, the absorbent assembly is at least partially bonded to the body portion with elastic bonding film. In examples, the garment is configured to be washed and re-worn numerous times. In examples, a method of manufacturing a garment includes arranging an absorbent assembly over at least the central region of the body portion and bonding the absorbent assembly to the body portion with strips of elastic bonding film and without stitching. In examples, a moisture-absorbent garment includes a body layer supporting an absorbent assembly within a central region and strips of elastic bonding film that bond at least a portion of the absorbent assembly to the body layer without stitching.
DURABLE ABSORBENT PANT ADAPTED FOR USE WITH A REMOVABLE ABSORBENT INSERT
This disclosure relates to durable absorbent pants adapted for use with removable absorbent inserts and designed to contain and absorb menstrual fluids.
DRYPAD WITH RAPID ABSORPTION AND LIQUID REMOVAL
Disclosed is a liquid removal drypad and liquid removal system suitable for absorbing and removing liquid produced by an individual. The drypad can include one or more perforated conduits arranged with an absorbent material. A source of reduced pressure can be connected to the one or more perforated conduits to remove liquid from the drypad. The drypad can be positioned under a patient and liquid produced by the individual can be removed by applying reduced pressure to the drypad. The drypad can be made by combining one or more conduits with an absorbent material.
SINGLE LOOP NON-SKIN ADHESIVE BANDAGE
A non-adhesive single wrap bandage with replaceable gauze for the wound area secured by expandable strip bandage with reusable bandage end coupling is disclosed. The non-skin adhesive skin bandage body has an array of perforations for skin aeration, risers, quick release gauze pads and mating end tabs for ease of bandage re-use.
DURABLE ABSORBENT PANT WITH IMPROVED SEAMING
A durable absorbent pant is disclosed. The pant includes an outer pant structure and a gusset assembly disposed at least partially in a crotch portion. The gusset assembly includes an absorbent layer, a barrier layer beneath the absorbent layer, and an edge barrier overlying portions of a wearer-facing surface of the gusset assembly along a perimeter edge of the gusset assembly, and effectively continuing over and around the perimeter edge to an outward-facing surface of the gusset assembly. The edge barrier may be formed of a liquid impermeable edge sealing strip material joined to the barrier layer, or, the edge barrier may be formed of an extension of the barrier layer. The gusset assembly may be affixed within the crotch portion by various disclosed mechanisms.
INVERTING SLEEVE APPARATUSES AND METHOD FOR DRYING AND CLEANING THE EAR OR NOSE
Methods and apparatuses for cleaning and/or drying a subject's ears and/or nose may include an inverting tubular swab region. These apparatuses may remove debris, such as ear wax & skin debris from the ear canal. These apparatuses are safer than traditional cotton swab. Also described herein are apparatuses configured for use in the nose, which may remove mucus (e.g., snot) from the nasal and sinus regions. These apparatuses may be configured for use with infants and toddlers as an alternative to air aspiration bulb/tool. Also described herein are methods of using any of these apparatuses as well as methods of making and packaging them.

Absorbent garment
An undergarment includes a body portion having an upper edge defining a waistband, two leg openings and a crotch region between the leg openings; an absorbent pad on the inside of the body portion within at least the crotch region, the absorbent pad having an inner region and a peripheral region, wherein the thickness of the absorbent pad in the peripheral region is less than the thickness of the absorbent pad in the inner region; and elastic bonding film lining each of the two leg openings while overlying respective portions of the peripheral region of the absorbent pad thereby to bond the absorbent pad and the body portion. A method of manufacturing an undergarment is provided.
Absorbent garment
An undergarment includes a body portion having an upper edge defining a waistband, two leg openings and a crotch region between the leg openings; an absorbent pad on the inside of the body portion within at least the crotch region, the absorbent pad having an inner region and a peripheral region; and elastic bonding film bonded to each of the two leg openings and overlying respective portions of the peripheral region of the absorbent pad thereby to seamlessly bond the absorbent pad with the body portion.
