An enhanced garment and method of using the same is characterized by a garment that provides for one or more grip pads to be secured onto or integrated into the garment at locations where the grip pads may be advantageous to the user. In some embodiments, the positioning of the grip pads on or within the garment may correspond to locations wherein friction, cushioning, or other advantage is desired. When in use, the present invention may provide that the user may grip objects more securely, manipulate objects equipment more efficiently, or otherwise perform tasks in a desired way.

Articles of clothing comprise water absorbent portions that may be conveniently used by a wearer of the clothing to wipe or absorb fluids or for other cleaning tasks. Optionally the water absorbent portions of the clothing may be detachable from and re-attachable to the clothing to facilitate their use for cleaning, to allow their removal after they are soiled, and/or to allow washing of the highly absorbent portions separately from the rest of the clothing.

MAKEUP SHIELDS AND METHODS OF USE
Makeup shields for preventing the transfer of makeup from a user to one or more objects, such as clothing are provided. For example, an embodiment of a makeup shield includes a nontransferable material and an attachment mechanism associated with the nontransferable material such that the attachment mechanism is configured to retain the nontransferable material substantially between a face of a user and one or more objects such as, for example, clothing the user is donning or doffing. The makeup shield may include a visor made of a second nontransferable material that is more sheer than the nontransferable material. Alternatively, the makeup shield includes a viewing flap and viewing window where the viewing flap is selectively opened to reveal the viewing window. An embodiment of a makeup shield may include a skirt of nontransferable material that is detachably associated with a face portion of nontransferable material.
MAKEUP SHIELDS AND METHODS OF USE
Makeup shields for preventing the transfer of makeup from a user to one or more objects, such as clothing are provided. Infant/toddler sock system
A sock has a foot portion and an ankle portion. The foot portion has an upper section, a lower section, side sections, an open rear section, and a closed forward toe section. The ankle portion has a top section and a bottom section. A forward friction zone on the foot portion is formed of a plurality of forward threads laterally spaced and extending longitudinally. The forward threads are fabricated of an elastomeric material woven into the lower section and extending rearwardly from the closed forward toe section. The forward threads are coplanar with the lower section. A rearward friction zone on the foot portion is formed of a plurality of rearward threads longitudinally spaced and extending latitudinally. The rearward threads are fabricated of an elastomeric material woven into the lower section and extending forwardly from the open rear section. The rearward threads are coplanar with the lower section.
REPOSITIONABLE MOISTURE MANAGEMENT MATERIAL THAT CREATES A BARRIER TO SKIN-ON-SKIN CONTACT
An article of clothing can be used to reduce or prevent the occurrence of prolonged skin-on-skin contact, rashes, irritation, intertrigo, infections, discomfort, or chaffing. Such an article of clothing has a moisture management material made up of at least an outer layer, an inner layer, and a tab. The moisture management material is attached to a portion of the article of clothing via a tab of the moisture management material. The moisture management material may be of various shapes and sizes and preferably fits within a prescribed area of the article of clothing. The moisture management material may be variably positioned within the article of clothing to provide differing results such as additional support and/or moisture absorbing or moisture moving where necessary. Preferably the article of clothing is a brassiere but may be a shirt, diaper, pants, socks, panties, or other undergarments.
Fashion accessory for attachment to pants to prevent holes in shirts
A fashion accessory for protecting tee shirts from abrasion from buttons and/or seams of jeans formed from a front piece of fabric and a rear piece of fabric that are aligned and attached to each other. The fabric pieces are sewn together along their bottom edges, and along their side edges, but not as far as the top edge. A flap of fabric is formed in the front facing fabric. A buttonhole is formed into the flap. Snaps are positioned onto the flap and onto the rear piece of fabric. To employ, the device is tucked into the waistband of the pants up to the flap. The flap is folded down and the button of the jeans is inserted into the buttonhole of the flap. The top portion of the rear fabric is folded down over the flap. The snaps are snapped together securing the device.
