A unitary jumpsuit that facilitates lavatory access using a two-way tail-to-tail zipper in the front that subdivides the upper torso section and extends down below the waist to the crotch area, and a lapped two-way head-to-head zipper in the rear that extends along a seam from below the knees upward along each leg, upward and converging above the buttocks below the waist. The rear zipper releases a drop-panel. A wearer can fully open and/or close the drop-panel in one easy motion by zipping/unzipping each side of the rear double-pull zipper, using both hands to simultaneously pull both zipper-pulls across the waist and down each leg. The wider deeper drop-panel allows easier lavatory access for men and women and provides more comprehensive access for feminine sanitary needs.

A garment 100 has a body portion 102 for covering the torso of a person where the body portion 102 defines a neck opening 110. A mask portion 118 extends from the body portion 102 and covers the nose and mouth of the person with fastening means 50 for securing the mask portion to the head of the person when extending through the neck opening 110. A mask neck portion 130 covers or substantially covers a front portion of the throat of the person when in use. The neck portion 130 is disposed intermediate the mask portion 118 and the body portion 102.

A humanized care clothing includes: a coat body, a front body thereof including left and right front side sheets spaced a full open vacancy and a detachable connecting sheet covering the vacancy, two shoulders of the connecting sheet being connectable with or detachable from two shoulder portions of a rear body, and left and right sides thereof the two opposite sides of the left and right front side sheets; a pair of restricting sleeve, two receiving pockets, two limiting pockets, a lower body clothing, the pair of buttoning sleeves being detachable from and connectable with the respective left and right front side sheets, the receiving pocket for each restricting sleeve being sewn below it, the limiting pocket being respectively overlapped with the outer parts of the receiving pockets and capable of connecting the clothing sleeve with the lower body clothing; and a collar member.

A collar for a disposable surgical gown is provided. The collar includes a first portion having a first end and second end and a second portion having a first and second end. The first ends of the first portion and the second portion meet at a front of the collar to form a v-neck shape and the second ends of the first portion and the second portion meet at a rear of the collar to define a neck opening. The v-neck shape at the front of the collar forms an angle of greater than 90 at the neck opening, while the second end of the first portion and the second end of the second portion are tapered at the rear of the collar. Such an arrangement prevents the collar from gapping when a wearer leans forward or moves during, for instance, a surgical procedure.

A collar for a disposable surgical gown is provided. The collar includes a first portion having a first end and second end and a second portion having a first and second end. Embodiments provide a system to detect abnormal breathing by a person, such as a baby, through a piece of clothing worn by the person. The piece of clothing may be adapted to include a sound sensor that can collect breathing sounds by the person. The piece of clothing may also be adapted to include an inflatable neck support that can be automatically inflated without the person's intervention. The breathing sound signals by the person can be processed for determining whether the person breathing abnormally. When it is determined that the person is breathing abnormally, an instruction to inflate the inflatable neck support of the clothing may be generated. Such an instruction can be transmitted to the clothing wirelessly to effectuate the inflation of the inflatable neck support so the person's incorrect breathing posture that causes the abnormal breathing can be addressed.

An article configured to cover the torso of a wearer includes reversible sleeves that can either extend outwardly from the garment for covering the arms of a wearer or positioned within the garment, and closures for closing the sleeve openings and concealing the sleeve, and/or detachable sleeves.

An article of clothing is provided and includes a substrate material including an inner surface and an outer surface disposed on an opposite side of the substrate material than the inner surface. The substrate material forming a body-receiving portion and a limb-receiving portion extending from the body-receiving portion, whereby the body-receiving portion includes a first opening sized for circumscribing a neck of the wearer and the limb-receiving portion includes a second opening sized for circumscribing a limb of the wearer. A flocking material is arranged adjacent the inner surface of the substrate material proximate at least one of the first opening and the second opening.
