Aquatic sport performance garment with arms-up construction and method of making same
An aquatic sport performance garment configured to improve a user's performance, enhance a user's speed and ease with which the wearer moves through water, provide better control of body temperature in diverse environments and reduce overall fatigue while wearing the garment. A garment having an upper-torso portion, a free-floating, sealing collar and sleeves biased in an arms-up configuration.
BIB AND BIB ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE
A removable bib, bib collar, collar system for apparel and a method of manufacture thereof. There is a bib panel; an outer collar/ring shaped as a split ring and selectably coupled (removable) to the bib panel; and an inner collar shaped as a split ring and coupled to the outer collar. The inner collar includes a protruding member circumscribing the inner collar and protruding therefrom to form a ledge so that spilled fluids are prevented from running up the collar. The protruding member is a bunched/tucked portion of fabric coupled to itself and the inner collar has a narrower front ring panel than the back so that the protruding member protrudes forward. The inner collar and back panel of the outer collar are water absorbent, while the front panel of the outer collar is water-resistant. The same collar system may be coupled to apparel that is not a bib.
Back Entry Zipperless Wetsuit
A wetsuit has a back, an access opening at the neck portion, and a closure system provided at the access opening. The closure system has an internal gasket made of a generally V-shaped piece of flexible material having an upper edge and two side edges, and a collar connected to the upper edge of the gasket. An inner flap is hingedly attached to one of the side edges of the gasket, and has an outwardly-facing surface, with at least one Velcro pad provided thereon. An outer flap is hingedly attached to another of the side edges of the gasket, and has an inwardly-facing surface, with at least one Velcro pad provided thereon.
Protective coat with retractable collar
A coat including a coat body and a fixed collar coupled to the coat body and configured to extend generally circumferentially when the coat is worn, the fixed collar having a fixed collar retaining component. The coat further includes a protective collar that is movable between a retracted position wherein at least part of the protective collar is positioned in the fixed collar, and an extended position wherein less of the protective collar is positioned in the fixed collar than when the protective collar is in the retracted position. The protective collar is configured to move in a generally circumferential direction when moving between the extended position and the retracted position. The protective collar has a protective collar retaining component that is configured to interact with the fixed collar retaining component to releasably retain the protective collar in the extended position.

PERSONAL PROTECTION GOWN WITH FRONTAL COVERAGE
Systems, methods, and devices include a personal protection gown to provide frontal protection for the user. The personal protection gown includes a neck protector extending from a front neckline of a body portion of the personal protection gown. The neck protector partially couples to the front neckline such that a separation gap between the neck protector and the body portion is formed (e.g., on either side of the partial coupling and around the back of the neck). Extension straps of the neck protector are pulled around a neck of the user and form a knot to secure the neck protector and the personal protection gown in place. The separation gap provides flexibility in how tightly the neck protector is pulled such that the personal protection gown effectively provides zone A coverage (e.g., as defined by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) for different body shapes and sizes.

Intelligent baby clothing with automatic inflatable neck support
Embodiments provide a system to detect abnormal breathing by a person, such as a baby, through a piece of clothing worn by the person. The piece of clothing may be adapted to include a sound sensor that can collect breathing sounds by the person. The piece of clothing may also be adapted to include an inflatable neck support that can be automatically inflated without the person's intervention. The breathing sound signals by the person can be processed for determining whether the person breathing abnormally. When it is determined that the person is breathing abnormally, an instruction to inflate the inflatable neck support of the clothing may be generated. Such an instruction can be transmitted to the clothing wirelessly to effectuate the inflation of the inflatable neck support so the person's incorrect breathing posture that causes the abnormal breathing can be addressed.
