Composition For Thin Walled Molded Parts
A polymer composition comprising an organic polymer and a mica containing effect pigment, e.g., a pearlescent pigment comprising mica, well suited for producing molded articles, in particular, for molding articles comprising thin sections and or delicate features, such as a hollow interior defined by a thin wall or structural features susceptible to tear or other damage and the like, is provided as are a method for preparing molded articles comprising the polymer composition and articles comprising the polymer composition, including, for example, an article used to deliver a medical or personal care component such as a tampon applicator, and a method for preparing molded articles comprising the polymer composition. Optionally, articles of the present disclosure have a varying translucency or opacity about a dimension of the article.
UTERINE HEMOSTASIS DEVICE AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
Uterine hemostasis devices and related methods are generally described. In some embodiments, a uterine hemostasis device may include a pouch enclosing one or more fluid absorbing bodies for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. The pouch may be delivered to a patient's uterus, whereby the fluid absorbing bodies may absorb uterine fluids (e.g., blood) and expand to apply pressure to the uterine walls. Following hemostasis of the uterus, the pouch may be extracted with retrieval tethers accessible from the patient's vagina or vaginal opening. In some embodiments, the pouch may be compressed prior to extraction, such that it may pass through the cervical canal more easily. In some embodiments, the pouch may enclose one or more pouches, such that the fluid absorbing bodies may be extracted in batches to facilitate removal. The pouch may be delivered with a syringe-like applicator positioned in the cervical canal.
TAMPON SYSTEM WITH DRY WICK STRING AND DISPOSABLE POUCHES
A tampon system comprising a tampon and an outer package is disclosed. The tampon consists of an absorbent member, a gripping member, a non-absorbent tether connected to the absorbent member and the gripping member, and a substantially sealable pouch. The substantially sealable pouch and the tampon are contained within the outer package. The outer package may be sealed and biodegradable.

Medical systems, devices, and related methods
In one example, a medical system may comprise a delivery tube configured to couple to a vacuum source and provide negative pressure to a distal portion of the delivery tube; and a porous body at a distal portion of the delivery tube, the porous body including a first section and a second section removable from the first section.
MEDICAL DEVICES FOR DELIVERING PLUGS TO VOIDS
Medical devices for delivering a plug to a void within a patient. The medical device can include a fluid delivery device and a plug holder (e.g., a plug delivery device) coupled to a distal end of the fluid delivery device. The medical device may be configured such that the delivery of fluid from the fluid delivery device wets the plug, ejects the plug from the plug holder, and pushes the plug through a lumen of an elongate tube to a void within a patient.
ARTHROSCOPIC BLEEDING CONTROL DEVICE
An arthroscopic bleeding control device shows a static absorptive and hemostatic effect against hemorrhage in an articular cavity that can be exposed by an arthroscopy part, and includes a hemostatic block configured to be inserted in the articular cavity through the arthroscopy part, and a hemostatic unit including a lead line extending from the hemostatic block to protrude outside through the arthroscopy part, in which the hemostatic block is formed by winding or folding a hemostatic band elongated in a longitudinal direction and then compressed in a thickness direction at least into a reference thickness for insertion into the articular cavity, so the hemostatic block can be expanded at least in the thickness direction by hemorrhage in the articular cavity, and when the lead line is pulled, the hemostatic band is unwound or unfolded from the expanding hemostatic block, so the hemostatic block is taken out of the articular cavity.
MASKING APPLICATOR FOR FEMININE CARE PRODUCT
A feminine care product having an applicator comprising a barrel portion and a plunger slidingly engaged, wherein the barrel portion comprises an insertion end, a grip end, an insertion portion, a grip portion, and a first L* value of between 5 and 30.
Applicator member and flexible retention web device
A device and a method for manufacturing said device, the device comprising an applicator member and a flexible retention web (1) intended to be introduced into a vaginal cavity (17), said web being equipped with a means (7) for removal and being made from an a traumatic material whereof the dimensions are adapted so as to be able to retain and/or slow down bodily discharges of small quantity, characterized in that: —the applicator member comprises a body (8) that is at least partially hollow defining an internal storage volume (9), said body having a proximal end (10) on the one hand, and on the other hand, a distal end (11) intended to be inserted into the vaginal cavity of a user, said distal end having an open section emerging in the internal volume, —the web comprises a central zone (13) housed in the internal volume, and at least one peripheral zone (14) protruding from the body so as to cover at least the distal end of the body.
