The leak prevention features may include one or more of at least a portion the porous material extending across the opening exhibiting a wedge-like shape, the fluid outlet being positioned on the back region, or an extension extending from the distal end region.

A body conduit extends within the reservoir of the collection portion and under a top cover portion of the insert portion, or within the insert enclosure formed by the insert portion. The insert portion has apertures to allow urine to be drawn therethrough and into the insert enclosure. A pad or a disposable material may be configured over the reservoir opening of the collection portion and may be permeable to allow urine to pass therethrough. The body conduit may have body conduit apertures from the collection end coupled with a pump conduit, extending to said pump, and the extended end, configured within the insert enclosure.

The absorbent articles may comprise a pair of leg cuffs and a fully removable fastening member. The fastening member may comprise a first fastener on a first surface of the fastening member and positioned proximate to a first end and a second fastener on the first surface and positioned proximate to a second end. The absorbent articles may also comprise a wetness guard.

An absorbent pad configured to be positioned on a surface is provided. The absorbent pad is configured to absorb and contain bodily exudates and improve skin health for babies. The absorbent pad comprises a central longitudinal axis, a central lateral axis, a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed intermediate the liquid permeable topsheet and the liquid impermeable backsheet. The absorbent pad comprises a single pair of cuffs extending at least partially intermediate a first end edge and a second end edge of the absorbent pad. The cuffs are each configured to extend upwardly relative to the topsheet. The absorbent pad comprises a wetness guard positioned on a first side of the central lateral axis and having a portion positioned proximate to the first end edge. The wetness guard is positioned over at least a portion of the topsheet and crosses the central longitudinal axis.
