Multi-layered absorbent article
A thin absorbent composite is provided wherein a nonwoven support sheet is hydro-entangled with a carded fiber web to provide a nonwoven substrate. The nonwoven substrate is coated with an absorbent layer comprising microfibrillated cellulose-coated superabsorbent polymer particles. A cover layer is placed above the absorbent layer to provide the absorbent composite. A process for manufacturing the absorbent composite and an absorbent article containing the absorbent composite are also provided.
ABSORBENT CORE WITH TACKIFIER-FREE ADHESIVE
An article with an absorbent core comprising a fiberized net structure comprising a substantially tackifier-free adhesive.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
This absorbent article has sufficient pliability even when an absorbent body is bonded to a transport material, a wrap material, etc., and is pleasant to wear. In this absorbent article (1), an absorbent body (4) includes at least a hydrophilic fiber-containing hydrophilic fiber layer (5) having multiple non-through slits (8), and in the surface opposite of the surface having the slits (8), the hydrophilic fiber layer (5) has multiple recesses (9) in positions corresponding to the multiple non-through slits (8) in the thickness direction of the absorbent article (1).
THIN AND FLEXIBLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES
The present invention relates to an absorbent article, comprising a fluid permeable topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent element disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet wherein the absorbent article has a ratio of the acquisition rate to the dry peak stiffness is at least 0.5 ml/Ns.
Composite material for absorbent article, and method for manufacturing thereof
A composite material for an absorbent article and a method for manufacturing said composite material, said composite material being obtained by causing an absorbent material to adhere by electrostatic interaction to a substrate material, the surface of the absorbent material being positively or negatively charged in a prescribed solvent selected from among a nonpolar organic solvent, a polar organic solvent, and a water/polar organic solvent mixture; and the surface of the composite material being charged to an electrical charge opposite to that of the surface of the substrate material, in the prescribed solvent. The substrate material has a fiber substrate or a plastic substrate, and a polyelectrolyte layer provided on the surface layer; and/or the absorbent material has an absorbent-particle substrate or an absorbent fiber substrate, and a polyelectrolyte layer provided on the surface layer.
Water absorbent storage layers
The present invention relates to improved water-absorbing storage layers for use in hygiene articles, the water-absorbing storage layers being essentially free of cellulose fibers.
ABSORBENT SYSTEMS AND ABSORBENT ARTICLES INCLUDING THE SAME
An absorbent system including a first absorbent core layer, the first absorbent core layer made up of cellulose and superabsorbent material, a second absorbent core layer disposed above the first absorbent core layer, the second absorbent core layer made up of synthetic material and superabsorbent material, the second absorbent layer having end portions that are folded so that the second absorbent layer has a C-shape, a first acquisition-distribution layer disposed over the second absorbent core layer, a core wrap disposed around the first absorbent core layer, the second absorbent core layer, and the first acquisition-distribution layer, and a second acquisition-distribution layer disposed over the core wrap.
CARBON FIBER CORE, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The invention discloses a carbon fiber core, which includes a carbon fiber core body. The carbon fiber core body comprises, from top to bottom, a diversion layer, an adhesive layer I, a wrapping layer I, an adhesive layer II, a carbon fiber layer, a fluff pulp layer, a water-absorbent resin layer, an adhesive layer III, and a wrapping layer II. The wrapping layers and the core layer are provided with liquid-permeable and air-permeable holes. On the premise of having a reasonable structure and ensuring absorption performance and anti-reflux performance, the present invention also has excellent deodorizing performance and bacteriostatic performance, and can be applied to incontinence pads and sanitary napkins. In addition, the preparation process of the present invention can realize mass production of the core and applied products, solving the problems of poor production quality and slow production speed existing in the previous sanitary products made of activated carbon.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE
Provided is an absorbent article capable of suppressing leakage of liquid that could not be absorbed from edges in the longitudinal direction. An absorbent article comprises: a first absorbent layer formed with a crushed fibrous material and extending in the longitudinal direction; and a second absorbent layer formed with a sheet-like material retaining an absorbent resin material and falling into the region of the first absorbent layer in the planar view. The first absorbent layer includes, in the planar view, an overlapping part that overlaps with the region of the second absorbent layer, and protruding parts that protrude in the longitudinal direction from the region of the second absorbent layer. The absorbent article is used so that the first absorbent layer is positioned on the side of a user and the second absorbent layer is positioned on the opposite side of the user relative to the first absorbent layer.
