Hinge assembly and glasses frame
A hinge assembly comprising a guide body, a first connection element, a second connection element, a first spring and a second spring; the guide body comprising a first end surface and a second end surface provided at opposite sides respectively, wherein the first end surface is provided with a first guide slot, the second end surface is provided with a second guide slot, and the first guide slot and the second guide slot intersect orthogonally, the first connection element is provided with first connection end extending beyond an end surface of the endpiece, the second connection element is provided with a second connection end extending beyond an end surface of the temple end, the first connection end and the second connection end are hingedly connected and pivoted with each other within the guide body; A glasses frame comprising an endpiece, a temple, and a hinge assembly.
ELASTIC HINGE FOR EYEGLASS FRAMES
Elastic hinge for eyeglass frames, which comprises an articulation screw engaged in the holes of two articulation elements. The articulation screw comprises a shank provided with a narrow portion, which is engaged in the hole of a first tab of an articulation element, and with an enlarged annular portion, which forms a step and is engaged in the hole of a head portion of the other articulation element. The articulation screw assumes an end stop position, in which it is tightened and aligned with the hinging axis, and a blocking position, in which it is loosened and is tilted with respect to the hinging axis in response to the elastic force exerted by an elastic device, such that the step of the articulation screw interferes with the edge of the hole of the first tab of the articulation element, preventing a further unscrewing of the articulation screw.
KIND OF ELASTIC HINGE THAT CAN MAKE THE EARPIECE EXTEND OUTWARDS AND PRODUCTION METHOD
An elastic hinge that can make the earpiece extend outwards includes a slingshot case secured to an earpiece and slingshot core secured to a frame. The slingshot case has an installation hole, into which the slingshot core is inserted and fixed. The slingshot core has an installation base and central spindle which is fixed onto the installation base and extends inside the installation hole. A fixed tube and a spring are provided on the spindle, and a stopper is provided to stop the spring and fixed tube from coming apart. A pair of barbs, which are elastic and able to retract or dilate, are provided on the fixed tube, and which interact with a ring inside the installation hole. When the fixed tube passes through the ring, the barbs retract and then extend outwards to thereby connect the slingshot core and slingshot case.
REMOVABLE ELASTIC HINGE FOR EYEGLASS FRAMES
An elastic hinge for eyeglasses includes: a box-shaped housing with an inlet aperture; a fork carriage, slidably mounted in a guiding cavity inside the box-shaped housing opposing an elastic element; and an elastic holding clip, snap-engageable with a retaining structure of the housing cavity, against which one end of the elastic element abuts. The elastic holding clip is generally C-shaped, providing a resting arm and a flexible arm joined by a connecting portion, the flexible arm having an engaging unit to snap-engage with the retaining structure, the resting arm and flexible arm elastically biased one towards the other by inner walls of the housing. The flexible arm is integral with at least one bias element, accessible from an inlet aperture of the housing, defining bias planes to be engaged with a tool, introduced via the inlet, for imparting a disengaging bias, bending the flexing arm towards the resting arm.
ELEMENT FOR JOINING THE FRONT PORTION OF SPECTACLES TO SIDEPIECES FOR SECURING TO THE HEAD OF A USER
Element (1) for joining the front portion of spectacles to sidepieces that has a core (2) made of a thermoplastic elastomer of vegetable origin and a covering (3) of thermoplastic rubber, wherein the element has two flat end faces (4, 5) which, with the element (1) in a state of rest, form between them an angle defined by the range between 50? and 80?, where, the geometry of the element is such that, starting from the first extreme face (4), the element has a first side with a first curved portion (8) with a first radius, a second curved portion (9) a first flat portion (10) perpendicular to the second end face (5); and a second side which has a third curved portion (11) with a second radius and a second flat portion (12) up to the first end face (5).
Process for mounting an elastic hinge
Process for mounting an elastic hinge on an eyeglass frame, which provides for fixing a first pivot element to a first component of an eyeglass frame, for fixing a second pivot element to a second component of the eyeglass frame, and for engaging a hinge pin within first holes of the first pivot element and within second holes of the second pivot element, wherein a thinned portion of the hinge pin interferes with two head portions of the first pivot element in order to align the first holes of the first pivot element with the second holes of the second pivot element.
Eyeglasses frame
The present invention relates to a frame for spectacles 10 which comprises a front piece 12 and at least one side arm 13 which are hinged together by means of a hinge structure 14. The hinge structure 14 comprises a first hinge part 15 and a second hinge part 16 which are pivotably joined together by means of a pivoting screw 21. In accordance with the invention, the second hinge part 16 comprises a reinforcing element 23 with a fixing base 24 which is fixed inside a locking groove 26 by means of a form-fit joint.
Hyperextending hinge having FPC service loops for eyewear
Eyewear having a frame, a hinge, and a hyperextendable temple having a flexible printed circuit (FPC) including service loops. An extender is coupled to the hinge and the temple, and the extender extends with respect to the hinge allowing hyperextension of the temple with respect to the frame. A first service loop allows extension of the FPC when the temple rotates about the hinge, and a second service loop allows the temple to be radially extended away from the hinge.
HYPEREXTENDING HINGE HAVING FPC SERVICE LOOPS FOR EYEWEAR
Eyewear having a frame, a hinge, and a hyperextendable temple having a flexible printed circuit (FPC) including service loops.
