Absorbent article package with enhanced opening and recloseability
A package containing a stack of folded disposable absorbent articles, the package being formed of flexible polymeric film, and having a path of perforations or scoring defining a hood opening structure, is disclosed. The hood opening structure may be configured to open proximate the fold noses of the articles for easy tactile identification, grasping and withdrawal of individual ones thereof, and may be configured so as to serve as an effective package reclosure device whereby the package may be used to store the unused supply of articles following opening. The package, and printed commercial artwork and product information on the package surfaces, may be configured such that the fold noses are disposed at the apparent bottom of the package, for improved standing stability when the package is shelved.
Tampon and tampon application wrapper
A feminine hygiene product wrapper, comprising a front panel having a closed side lengthwise edge, an open side lengthwise edge, a bottom widthwise edge, and a top widthwise edge; a back panel having a closed side lengthwise edge, an open side lengthwise edge, a bottom widthwise edge, and a top widthwise edge; and an expandable side panel having a lengthwise extending first side edge, a lengthwise extending second side edge, a top edge, and a bottom edge, wherein the lengthwise extending first side edge is attached to the open side lengthwise edge of the front panel, and the lengthwise extending second side edge is attached to the open side lengthwise edge of the back panel.
Feminine product dispensing assembly
A feminine product dispensing assembly includes a housing that has a central portion structured to resemble the palm of a human hand and a plurality of finger portions each structured to resemble fingers of a human hand. The central portion has an opening extending into an interior of the central portion for storing toilet paper and toilet covers and each of the finger portions has a tampon positioned therein for storage. A plurality of lids is each hingedly coupled to a respective one of the finger portions to retain the tampon in the respective finger portion. A magnet is coupled to the housing to magnetically engage a ferromagnetic support surface. A hook is coupled to and extends downwardly from the central portion for having an object suspended thereon for storage.
Closable sanitary napkin system
A closable sanitary napkin system that is secured once rolled or closed by flaps attached towards one end. The flaps remain in contact with the bottom of the napkin until the time of disposal when they are pulled out and used to secure the napkin closed. The napkin could also have a pattern or image printed on the bottom surface to obscure any contents of the napkin.
Apparatus and method to dispense feminine hygiene products using a motion sensor
A dispenser of feminine hygiene products, including feminine pads and tampons activated by a motion sensor. A motion of a person's hand or other object within a given distance from the motion sensor will close an electronic circuit causing a motor to rotate. The motor is attached to a shaft which rotates. The shaft retains a feminine product dispenser. The feminine product dispenser transports one of the feminine hygiene products to a retrieval tray. A time delay reduces the likelihood of or prevents someone from continuously activating the motion sensor to dispense all of the products in the machine.

Sanitary Protective Panels
A protective panel has an upper oval potion having a maximum width of between three and five inches inclusive and a vertical dimension between two and four inches inclusive, a second portion, contiguous with the first portion, extending downward from the first portion, with a gradually declining width over a vertical dimension of between eight and twelve inches inclusive, and a third lowermost portion having a width between one-half inch and two inches inclusive, ending in a circular arc at the lowermost extent, the panel formed of a polymer film having a human skin-compatible adhesive on one surface, enabling a user to apply the panel to the user's anatomy.
SECURE DISPOSAL BAGS
A disposal bag (1) is disclosed of generally rectangular two-layer construction, with the layers sealed together at their edges on three sides of the rectangle (2, 3, 4). The side walls of the bag are overlaid on the openable side of the bag with extensions (5) which taper inwardly from the edges of the bag and extend outwardly to overlie the outer walls of the bag. The narrower end of each extension (5) is securely fastened to the exterior side wall of the bag at a position (6) so as to form a tunnel (7) each side of the bag into which the thumb and at least one finger may be inserted. At least one of the inside walls of the bag, at the open end of the bag or slightly inset from the open end of the bag, carries a continuous stripe of adhesive material, overlaid by a peel-off strip (9) of release-coated material. The adhesive material is of such a nature that once the peel-off strip (9) has been removed and the sides of the bag are brought into contact with one another, they bond together immediately to seal the disposal bag. The bag is of particular use for disposal of ostomy bags, tampons, sanitary or incontinence towels, catheters and condoms.
WALL-MOUNTED TOUCHSCREEN DIAPER VENDING MACHINE AND LOCATOR SYSTEM
This invention involves a digital wall-mounted vending machine having helix discharge units which are used to store and dispense packaged objects such as a diaper changing kit and other diaper-changing products such as baby wipes. The diaper changing kit is comprised of a diaper, a changing table cover, and a disposal bag. The machine utilizes a horizontal helix dispensing system made of coils. The space between the coils can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes of products. A method is also provided to permit users to locate wall-mounted vending machines. The system involves a transceiver configured to communicate via a network. The transceiver may include a wireless transceiver and the network may include a cellular network.
DISPOSABLE BABY CHANGING PAD SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
