Provided is an electrochromic display device including a display panel including a plurality of pixels configured to display an image on a basis of a unit frame defined as first to third sub-frames, a timing controller configured to output a data signal and an off signal, and a data driving circuit configured to provide, to the pixels, a data voltage generated based on the data signal during the second sub-frame and provide, to the pixels, an off voltage generated based on the off signal during the third sub-frame, wherein each of the pixels includes an electrochromic element, and a power supply voltage is delivered to the electrochromic element in response to the data voltage during the second sub-frame and the power supply voltage provided to the electrochromic element is blocked in response to the off voltage during the third sub-frame.
Multi-layer expanding electrode structures for backplane assemblies
The present invention provides for an electro-optic display having a backplane assembly with at least two electrode layers, a first electrode layer of a first dimension electrically connected to and driving a second electrode layer of a second dimension that is larger than the first dimension. The second electrode layer overlies the first electrode layer, such that the entire viewing area of an electro-optic display may be optically-active. The backplane assembly may have at least one interposer layer disposed between the two electrode layers to electrically connect the first and second electrode layers.
Electrochromic element, optical filter, lens unit, imaging apparatus, and window member
Provided is an electrochromic element, including: a pair of electrodes; and an electrochromic layer disposed between the pair of electrodes and containing a plurality of kinds of organic electrochromic compounds, in which: at least one kind of the plurality of kinds of organic electrochromic compounds includes an organic electrochromic compound having an absorption peak in a wavelength region of 700 nm or more during coloring thereof; and when an optical density in a decolored state thereof is defined as 0, a fluctuation ratio of a transmittance in a wavelength region of from 650 nm or more to 700 nm or less with respect to a central transmittance is within 15% at an optical density of 0.3.
System and method for accretion detection
This disclosure relates generally to accretion detection, and more particularly to system and a method for accretion detection within an iron kiln. The iron kiln includes a cylindrical body for holding and processing molten iron ore. In one embodiment, method includes receiving, in real-time, a first plurality of temperature values from a plurality of sensors configured on distinct locations on the outer surface of the iron kiln and is associated with a distinct sensor ID. The plurality of temperature values are compared with a reference temperature value to identify deviation in temperature gradient associated with the outer surface. Subsequently on identifying the deviation corresponding to one or more sensors, a second plurality of temperature values of surrounding locations of the one or more sensors is recorded and the presence of the accretion in the iron kiln is determined based on the second plurality of temperature values.
Display Device
A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels each having a plurality of sub-pixels; and a light path adjustment film on the display panel, wherein the light path adjustment film includes a first base film, and a pattern layer on a surface of the first base film, wherein the pattern layer includes a plurality of first patterns having a first refractive index, and a plurality of second patterns between the first patterns and having a second refractive index less than the first refractive index, and wherein the first pattern includes a top surface spaced apart from the display panel and parallel with the display panel, a bottom surface between the top surface and the display panel, and a slanted surface connecting the top surface and the bottom surface.
Array substrate, display panel, and display device
This invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a plurality of scanning lines and a first data line which are intersecting with each other to define a plurality of pixel regions; the pixel region with at least two situations: a transparent display mode and a non-transparent display mode in the electric field. The present invention can achieve different status in different scenes of the display panel and enlarges the scope of use of the display panel.
