MULTI-PROJECTION SYSTEM, IMAGE PROJECTION METHOD AND PROJECTOR
A multi-projection system for projecting an image from a plurality of projectors onto a three-dimensional object, includes a master projector and a slave projector. The slave projector estimates an amount of blur in an image projected from the projector itself on a plurality of planes of the three-dimensional object, and provides the estimated amount of blur in the image to the master projector. The master projector estimates an amount of blur in an image projected from the projector itself on a plurality of planes of the three-dimensional object, and determines a region of the image projected from the plurality of projectors for each of the plurality of planes based on the amount of blur in the image estimated by the master projector and the amount of blur in the image estimated by the slave projector.
Gaming Machine
There is provided a gaming machine capable of providing diverse type of image representation. The gaming machine 1 includes: a screen unit 10040 whose surface at least partially includes curved portions 10042; and a projector 10020 accommodated inside a casing 2, which is configured to project light to the screen unit 10040. Light projected by the projector 10020 is incident on a back surface side of the screen unit 10040 from the inside of the casing 2. The screen unit 10040 lets the light incident on the back surface side of the screen unit 10040 pass the screen unit 10040, thereby enabling displaying of an image on the front surface side of the screen unit 10040 positioned on the surface of the casing 2.

Stereoscopic image display device
The present invention relates to a stereoscopic image display through which after the incident light incident from a projector lens is split into different lights according to polarized components, by selectively delaying the phase of each split light by a predetermined value through an on/off operation of an optical switch module, each light is converted to have the same polarized component, and the synthesized light obtained by synthesizing the lights having the same polarized component is projected on a screen so as to double the luminance on the screen.

REAR PROJECTION SIMULATOR WITH FREEFORM FOLD MIRROR
The present invention provides a rear projection simulator system with a free-form fold mirror. The system includes a high definition projector and a curved screen. The free-form fold mirror is interposed between the projector and the screen. The free-form fold mirror includes one or more non-planar (e.g., curved) portions to eliminate or reduce loss of resolution of the projected image near the edges or boundaries of the image.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMAGE PRODUCTION SUPPORT APPARATUS
Information indicating a shape of a screen, a shape of a viewing area and a relative positional relationship between the viewing area and the screen is acquired. A shared area in which a three-dimensional image presented by a three-dimensional display is to be arranged in order to be observed from any position in the viewing area is created based on the acquired information. Based on the acquired information, a specific area in which a three-dimensional image presented by the three-dimensional display is to be arranged in order to be observed from a specific position in the viewing area is created. The data indicating the created shared area and the data indicating the specific area are generated.
Apparatus for projecting a time-variable optical pattern onto an object to be measured in three dimensions
A device for projecting a time variable optical pattern onto an object that is to be measured in three dimensions, the device comprising a frame for an optical pattern; a light source with optional illumination optics; and imaging optics, wherein the optical pattern is on slide that is attached to a movement mechanism that moves the optical pattern relative to the optional illumination optics and/or relative to the imaging optics, wherein the movement mechanism causes a movement of the optical pattern in a slide plane that is oriented orthogonal to an optical axis of the imaging optics.

Projection-type display device
There is provided a display device capable of extending the range of its application by enhancing the designability and the diversity of the display manner and by improving visual effects. The display device includes: a projector configured to project light to display information in the form of a projection image; a screen having a display surface through which light projected by the projector passes to form a projection image thereon; and a controller configured to control the projector. The display surface has a non-planar shape.
