Provided is an absorbent article in which the shape of projections formed in a predetermined region of a topsheet can be maintained. In this absorbent article: a nonwoven fabric that has a skin-side surface having projections formed thereon is used as a topsheet; and an absorbent body has formed therein a through hole that penetrates the absorbent body in the thickness direction.

Panty underwear includes a pouch disposed above the crotch panel and between the leg openings. The pouch has a top opening opposite the wearer's vaginal opening, so that vaginal discharge flows to a sanitary napkin between the bottom of the pouch and the crotch panel. The pouch provides cooling to the wearer's labia and, in some embodiments, to her perineal area. The cooling is provided by either a single generally rectangular cooling pack, or two cooling packs each being rectangular or J-shaped. The sanitary napkin can be internal or external to the pouch. Some embodiments of the underwear are intended for single use. Other embodiments of the underwear are intended to be re-usable, in that the sanitary napkin can be replaced and/or the cooling pack(s) can be re-used. The cooling pack(s) can be sealed with one-time or reusable thermal material therein, or they can be resealable with replaceable thermal material.

A disposable belt for use with an absorbent product and a belt system is provided. The disposable belt includes a length of belt material and a hook material patch connected to a first surface portion. The length of belt material has a first major surface and an opposite second major surface, and includes a loop surface structure. The hook material patch is flat and has a first side facing away from the first surface portion, and a second side abutting against the first surface portion. The first side is provided with a first hook surface structure. The second side of the hook material patch is provided with a second hook surface structure, and the second hook surface structure engages with the loop surface structure. The belt system includes the disposable belt and a second length of belt material.

A disposable belt for use with an absorbent product and a belt system is provided. The disposable belt includes a length of belt material and a hook material patch connected to a first surface portion. The length of belt material has a first major surface and an opposite second major surface, and includes a loop surface structure. The hook material patch is flat and has a first side facing away from the first surface portion, and a second side abutting against the first surface portion. The first side is provided with a first hook surface structure. The second side of the hook material patch is provided with a second hook surface structure, and the second hook surface structure engages with the loop surface structure. The belt system includes the disposable belt and a second length of belt material.

Underwear according to the present disclosure may include an underwear portion and a band portion. The underwear portion may include a back side as an opposite side of a front side, in which the back side includes a cleft-fitting region that deforms to conform to the shape of an intergluteal cleft after underwear is worn. The band portion may include a cleft-fitting band disposed in a corresponding direction along the cleft-fitting region and a support portion supporting the cleft-fitting band. According to the present disclosure, underwear for women with a leak-proof function tightly fitting to a human intergluteal cleft can dramatically prevent the body fluids generated during menstruation from leaking through, by using the band portion including the cleft-fitting band disposed in a corresponding direction along the cleft-fitting region and the support portion supporting the cleft-fitting band.

Provided are adhesive articles and assemblies that include a flat and at least partially elastic backing along with a patterned adhesive coating on each side of the backing. When viewed from directions perpendicular to the backing, the adhesive on one side of the backing does not substantially overlap the adhesive on the opposing side of the backing. As a result, it is possible to use a stretch removable adhesive article that uses, for example, an aggressive adhesive to provide a reliable bond but still remove cleanly and easily from delicate substrates that would otherwise be damaged or destroyed if bonded with conventional adhesive constructions.

A method of treating tissue of a patient uses a device including a mother case, a belt, at least one treatment unit and at least two applicators. The treatment method may include attaching first and second applicators to the belt at a working distance to the patient's surface, and providing different treatment energy to the first applicator and the second applicator. A treatment pattern is created by the applicators providing the different treatment energies. The hardware pattern or positions of the applicators on the belt may be changed before and/or during the treatment. The hardware pattern may be based on selected treatment effect and body part.
