In the liquid ammonia finishing procedure, liquid ammonia impregnation is performed on the knitted fabric at least twice under the condition of mechanical restraint by a guide roller set, thus preventing the knitted fabric from edge curling due to strong shrinkage in the liquid ammonia impregnation process, enabling the knitted fabric to be subjected to sufficient and uniform liquid ammonia impregnation, ensuring the liquid ammonia impregnation effect and controlling the shrinkage rate of the knitted fabric; and through subsequent shaping and finishing procedures, the color stability of the knitted fabric is further improved, the shrinkage rate after washing is reduced, and the crease-resistant performance and resilience performance are improved. The shirt has a low shrinkage rate after washing, good stiffness performance, good resilience performance, color stability, high strength and good crease-resistant performance.
