IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus body, an image forming unit, a covering member, and a light emitting unit. The apparatus body has an opening through which an internal space is exposed. The image forming unit includes an image carrier to form an image on a sheet. The covering member has a closing face capable of closing the opening of the apparatus body from above. The covering member is pivotally supported on the apparatus body to pivot between a close position where the closing face closes the internal space and an open position where a portion of the image forming unit is exposed to the outside. The light emitting unit is attached to the closing face, and emits a light to the circumferential surface of the image carrier to form the electrostatic latent image in a state where the covering member is at the close position.
Hinge device and office equipment using the same
A hinge device for opening and closing a relatively lightweight cover, as well as office equipment using such a hinge device. A hinge device includes an attaching part attached to the office equipment side, the supporting part attached to the cover side, a hinge shaft for rotatably coupling the attaching part and the supporting part, a slider provided inside the supporting part so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the hinge shaft, a cam portion formed on the attaching part, a cam bearing portion formed on the slider, an urging means for urging the slider toward the attaching member and bringing the cam bearing portion into a pressurized contact with the cam portion.
Recording apparatus
A recording apparatus includes a lower unit including a recording unit that performs recording on a medium, and an upper unit including a reading unit that reads a document image, the upper unit being disposed above the lower unit and being configured to open and close with respect to the lower unit. The upper unit includes an arm that maintains an open state of the upper unit by being supported by the lower unit. The lower unit has a cam groove that receives a protrusion disposed on the arm and that has a route along which the protrusion moves in a certain direction when the upper unit opens or closes. A recess that the protrusion enters and that supports the protrusion from below is disposed in the cam groove and the open state of the upper unit is maintained by the protrusion entering the recess.
Image forming apparatus
The disclosure provides an image forming apparatus for accommodating photosensitive assembly having first assembly shaft. The image forming apparatus includes casing, fixing mechanism and cover plate. The casing has first guide groove, and the first assembly shaft is configured to be slidably disposed in the first guide groove. The fixing mechanism is movably mounted on the casing so as to be movable between a blocking state and a releasing state. The cover plate is movably connected the casing so as to be movable between an opened position and a closed position. When the cover plate is moved to the closed position, the cover plate forces the fixing mechanism to move to the blocking state to block the first guide groove and cover a bottom surface of the first guide groove so as to retain the first assembly shaft of the photosensitive assembly between the fixing mechanism and the bottom surface.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus cover, first and second exposure units, and an orientation setting mechanism. The apparatus cover opens or closes by pivoting about a rotation fulcrum with respect to an apparatus body. The first exposure unit is disposed at a first position, on an inner surface, spaced apart from the rotation fulcrum. The second exposure unit is disposed at a second position, on the inner surface, closer than the first position to the rotation fulcrum. The orientation setting mechanism sets an orientation of the first exposure unit to a first direction approaching the apparatus body in a closed state. The orientation setting mechanism sets it to a second direction further away than the first direction from the rotation fulcrum and sets the orientation of the second exposure unit to a third direction between the first and second directions when the opening angle is a first angle.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCLUDING OPTICAL PRINT HEAD
An image forming apparatus includes a cover pivotable on a body to close an opening at a closed position and open the opening at an open position, first and second replacement units having photosensitive drums, an optical print head pivotable in one direction, a spring, and a stopper. The spring applies, to the optical print head, a force for allowing the optical print head to pivot toward the one direction so that a movement of the optical print head with a pivotal movement of the cover from the open position to the closed position is prevented from being inhibited by the first developing cartridge. The optical print head, having the force applied the optical print head by the spring, so that movement of the optical print head with pivotal movement of the cover from the open to the closed position is prevented from being inhibited by the second developing cartridge.
Information processing apparatus
An information processing apparatus includes an apparatus main body, a rotating member rotatable with respect to the apparatus main body, a protective member to protect a predetermined portion of the rotating member and that includes a first engagement part, and an interlocking part that interlocks the rotating member and the protective member and including a second engagement par. The interlocking part causes the first engagement part and the second engagement part to be engaged with the protective member and the rotating member, and the interlocking part releases the engagement of the first engagement part and the second engagement part when the rotating member is in a predetermined rotation state.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus according to an embodiment may include: an apparatus body; a first cover attached to the apparatus body to open and close a first opening of the apparatus body; a second cover attached to the apparatus body to open and close a second opening of the apparatus body; an image forming section in the apparatus body configured to form a latent image and including a first contact part; a second contact part provided to the apparatus body and opposed to the first contact part; a withdrawing mechanism that moves along with movement of the first cover to bring the second contact part into contact with and separated away from the first contact part; and a withdrawal holding mechanism that moves along with movement of the second cover and holds the separation of the second contact part from the first contact part.
Opening and closing mechanism and image forming apparatus
An opening and closing mechanism includes an opening and closing door that is rotatably supported to be movable between a closed position where an opening of an apparatus body is covered and an opened position where the opening is opened, a link member provided in the apparatus body and rotatably supported by a rotary shaft, a guide member having a first guide surface that moves while being in contact with the link member in a case where the opening and closing door moves to the closed position and a second guide surface that moves while being in contact with the link member in a case where the opening and closing door moves to the opened position, and a switching member that guides the link member from the first guide surface to the second guide surface, in which the switching member includes a root portion and an arm extending from the root portion to an opposite side to the apparatus body, and a first rotational moment toward the first guide surface using the root portion as an axis is applied to the arm.
