The stacking portion is positioned downstream of a discharging outlet in a discharging direction and on which the recording material discharged from the discharging outlet is stacked and includes a first surface on which the recording material discharged from the discharging outlet is stacked, and a second surface which is positioned outward with respect to the discharging outlet in a width direction orthogonal to the discharging direction. A supplying inlet is located below the first surface, wherein a downstream end of the first surface is positioned downstream of a downstream end of the second surface in the discharging direction, and wherein the first surface is rotatable to expose the supplying inlet.

An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus and a post-processing device. The image forming apparatus includes a scanner reading image data from a sheet, an image forming part forming an image on the sheet, and a sheet ejecting part ejecting the sheet after forming the image. The post-processing device includes a post-processing conveying path, and a stapling part. The post-processing conveying path introduces the sheet from the sheet ejecting part and conveys the sheet. The stapling part collects sheets conveyed on the post-processing conveying path for each predetermined number of sheets and executes staple processing to the sheets. The image forming apparatus or the post-processing device includes a size deciding part deciding a sheet size based on the image data. The post-processing device includes a staple controlling part determining a binding position for the staple processing on the basis of the sheet size.

An image forming apparatus includes a developer container including a storage portion and a supplying inlet, a discharging portion configured to discharge a recording material in a discharging direction, a discharging outlet through which the recording material is discharged to an outside of the image forming apparatus, and a stacking portion which is a part of a top surface of an exterior of the image forming apparatus. The stacking portion includes a first area on which the recording material discharged from the discharging outlet is stacked, and a second area which is positioned outward with respect to the discharging outlet in a width direction orthogonal to the discharging direction. The supplying inlet is disposed at a position corresponding to the first area in the width direction. At least a part of the second area is positioned below the discharging outlet.

An image forming apparatus includes a single fan, a first air outlet port disposed so as to supply an air sent from the fan to an image surface of the sheet, a second air outlet port disposed so as to supply the air sent from the fan to a surface opposite to the image surface of the sheet, and a control unit configured to control the fan. The control unit includes a first mode of controlling a rotational speed of the fan at a first rotational speed in a case where the sheet is not present in a position facing the first air outlet port and control the rotational speed of the fan at a second rotational speed lower than the first rotational speed in a case where the sheet is present in the position facing the first air outlet port.

An image forming apparatus, including: an apparatus main body; an openable and closable member provided on the apparatus main body; an image reading portion configured to read an image of an original, the image reading portion being supported on the apparatus main body and being movable to a first position and to a second position; and a stopper member configured to move in conjunction with a movement of the image reading portion, wherein when the image reading portion is moved to the first position, the stopper member is moved to a restricting position for restricting the openable and closable member from moving from a closed position to an open position, and wherein when the image reading portion is moved to the second position, the stopper member is moved to an allowing position for allowing the openable and closable member to move from the closed position to the open position.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveyance unit configured to convey a sheet, a stacking portion on which the sheet conveyed by the conveyance unit is stacked, a first regulation member configured to regulate a position of an edge portion, in a conveyance direction, of the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, a second regulation member configured to regulate a position of an edge portion, in a width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, of the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, a binding unit supported movably in the conveyance direction and configured to perform a binding process of binding the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, and a moving unit configured to move the second regulation member in the conveyance direction accompanied with a movement, in the conveyance direction, of the binding unit.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming engine, a re-conveyance path configured to guide a sheet, on which an image is formed by the image forming engine, to be switched back and re-conveyed toward the image forming engine, a discharge tray, a discharge path configured to guide the sheet in a sheet discharge direction toward the discharge tray, a stack lever configured to contact a top surface of the sheet on the discharge tray and press the sheet toward the discharge tray, and a guide member configured to form a part of the re-conveyance path, extend up to a position downstream of the stack lever in the sheet discharge direction above the stack lever, and guide the sheet being conveyed along the re-conveyance path, between the guide member and the stack lever.

A rotational axis of the rotatable polygonal mirror is inclined relative to a vertical direction.
