A stretch blow-molded article comprising: at least one selected from the group consisting of an inorganic layered double hydroxide and zeolite: a styrene-based resin; and a wax.
STRETCH BLOW-MOLDED ARTICLE, TONER BOTTLE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STRETCH BLOW-MOLDED ARTICLE, MOLDED ARTICLE, AND PELLET
A stretch blow-molded article comprising: a polyester; a wax; and at least one selected from the group consisting of an inorganic layered double hydroxide and zeolite.
Toner container including guiding portion with a guiding surface
A toner container includes a toner accommodating portion, a discharge portion, a shutter, a sealing member, and a guiding portion. In a case where a direction from the toner accommodating portion toward the discharge portion in a rotational axis direction is a first direction, where a direction opposite to the first direction is a second direction, and where an end portion of the sealing member on a downstream side of the first direction is a first end portion, a downstream end portion of the guiding portion is positioned downstream of the first end portion of the sealing member with respect to the first direction. The downstream end portion of the guiding portion overlaps with the sealing member as viewed in the rotational axis direction, and includes an inclined surface inclined so as to approach the contact surface of the seal member as it goes in the second direction.
SPINDLE DISPENSING TONER CARTRIDGE
A cartridge for use with an image forming apparatus. The cartridge includes a container configured for storing a volume of particulate image forming material and a dispensing port in communication with the container. The dispensing port includes a perimeter lip extending around a delivery passage. A dispensing spindle is rotatable relative to at least the dispensing port. The dispensing spindle includes a spindle core a plurality of arms extending from the spindle core. Each of the arms includes a sweeping face configured to sweep across the perimeter lip to convey a quantity of the particulate image forming material to the dispensing port.
NOZZLE INSERTION MEMBER, POWDER CONTAINER, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A nozzle insertion member arranged in a powder container includes a nozzle insertion opening; an opening/closing member opening/closing the nozzle insertion opening; a supporting member supporting the opening/closing member; and a biasing member provided to the supporting member to bias the opening/closing member toward a closing position. When the powder is supplied to the conveying nozzle along with rotation of a rotary conveyor arranged inside the powder container, the supporting member rotates with the rotation of the conveyor. The opening/closing member is rotated by a drive transmitting mechanism with rotation of the supporting member. The mechanism includes an elongated member arranged on the opening/closing member and penetrating through an opening formed on the supporting member; and a drive transmitted portion formed on the elongated member; and a drive transmitting portion formed on an inner surface of the opening and configured to come into contact with the drive transmitted portion.
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes a mounting portion on which a toner container provided with an accommodating portion configured to accommodate toner is mountable; and an opening connectable with an opening provided in the toner container to be in fluid communication with the toner accommodating portion when the toner container is mounted to the mounting portion. The mounting portion is provided with a rib extending in a mounting direction in which the toner container is mounted to the mounting portion and configured to guide a bottom surface of the toner container in the mounting direction, the rib including a plurality of sets of alternating peak and valley arranged along a longitudinal direction of the rib.
Toner case and image forming apparatus including the same
A toner case includes a case main body, a housing frame, a communicating port, a conveying rib, and a conveying screw. The case main body is capable of containing a waste toner. The housing frame is configured to communicate with an inside of the case main body and to rotatably support the case main body. The communicating port is opened on a circumferential face of the housing frame and connected with an image forming part. The conveying rib rotates integrally with the case main body in a first direction so as to convey the waste toner along a direction of introducing the waste toner into the case main body. The conveying screw rotates integrally with the case main body in the first direction so as to convey the waste toner introduced into the housing frame via the communicating port toward the inside of the case main body.
Toner case and image forming apparatus including the same
A toner case includes a case main body and a cleaning member. The case main body is capable of containing a toner supplied to an image forming part arranged inside an apparatus main body and is attachable to and detachable from a supplying attachment part of the apparatus main body along an attachment and detachment direction. The cleaning member is arranged at an outer circumferential face of the case main body. The case main body rotates inside the supplying attachment part in a first direction so as to convey the toner toward a communicating port formed at a first side in the attachment and detachment direction. The cleaning member rotates integrally with the case main body in the first direction so as to clean an inner circumferential face of the supplying attachment part.
Toner cartridge for an electronic imaging device
A toner cartridge includes a cylinder having an opening and accommodating carbon powder, a transmission member having a pipe portion sleeved onto the cylinder, an end portion and at least one outlet communicating with the opening, a powder guiding member having a main body disposed at the end portion and blades extended from the main body radially, and a powder storing cover having a cover body sleeved onto the pipe portion and a powder exit located under the powder guiding member. As a result, the carbon powder can leave the cylinder through the opening, enter the powder storing cover through the outlet, and be driven by the rotation of each blade of the powder guiding member to move to the powder exit, thereby discharged for usage in an electronic imaging device. The toner cartridge is simple in structure, convenient and fast in assembly, and less possibly has false actions.
