An image formation apparatus according to an embodiment may include: an apparatus housing including a stacker formed on a periphery of the apparatus housing, wherein the stacker includes an opening; an image formation part provided in the apparatus housing and configured to form an image on a medium; and a fixation unit detachably attached in the apparatus housing and configured to fix the image formed by the image formation part on the medium, wherein in a state where the fixation unit is attached in the apparatus housing, a part of the fixation unit is exposed through the opening of the stacker to constitute a part of the stacker such that the opening of the stacker allows the fixation unit to be taken out from the apparatus housing therethrough.

An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body, a process cartridge, a scanner unit, and a toner cartridge. The process cartridge is detachably mounted on the apparatus main body. The process cartridge includes: a photosensitive drum configured to rotate about a rotational axis extending in a first direction; and a development unit configured to supply toner to the photosensitive drum. The toner cartridge is configured to store toner. At least part of the photosensitive drum, at least part of the scanner unit, and at least part of the toner cartridge are aligned in a second direction in this order. The second direction is perpendicular to both the first direction and to a vertical direction. The at least part of the photosensitive drum, the at least part of the scanner unit, and the at least part of the toner cartridge overlap one another as viewed from the second direction.

An image forming apparatus includes a main housing, a movable drawer, and a process cartridge attachable to the drawer. The process cartridge includes a drum unit, and a developing unit. The drum unit includes a drum housing, and a photosensitive drum rotatable about a first axis extending in a first direction. The photosensitive drum is positioned at one end portion of the drum housing at one side in a second direction. The developing unit includes a developing casing, a developing roller, and a developing handle for detaching the process cartridge from the drawer toward another side in the second direction. The developing roller is positioned at one end portion of the developing casing at the one side in the second direction. The developing handle is positioned apart from the drum unit toward the another side in the second direction.

A toner container according to one example embodiment includes a pivotable handle. The handle includes a front segment extending along a front of a body of the toner container when the handle is in a first position for contacting a corresponding pry surface in an image forming device when the handle moves from the first position to a second position. The handle includes a rear segment extending along a rear of the body when the handle is in the first position permitting a user to actuate the rear segment to move the handle from the first position to the second position. The handle includes a first side segment extending along the first side of the body and a second side segment extending along the second side of the body. The first and second side segments connect the front segment and the rear segment.

A first side frame is apart from a second side frame in a first direction. A photosensitive drum is rotatable about a drum axis extending in the first direction. The photosensitive drum is rotatably supported between the first side frame and the second side frame. A grip portion extends in the first direction. A first connector extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first connector connects the first side frame and a first end portion of the grip portion. The second connector extends in the second direction. The second connector connects the second side frame and a second end portion of the grip portion. A scanner unit is configured to expose the photosensitive drum to light. The scanner unit is located between the photosensitive drum and the grip portion as viewed in a third direction which is perpendicular to the first and second directions.

A process unit includes a photosensitive drum rotatable about a rotational axis extending in a first direction. A development unit includes a development roller configured to supply toner to the photosensitive drum. A scanner unit is configured to expose the photosensitive drum. A reception portion is configured to receive toner from a toner container for supplying toner into the development unit. The scanner unit and the photosensitive drum overlap each other as viewed from a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a gravitational direction. The scanner unit is arranged at a center in the first direction in an apparatus main body. The reception portion is arranged on a same side as the scanner unit with respect to the photosensitive drum in the second direction. The reception portion is closer to an end of the apparatus main body in the first direction than the scanner unit is.

An image forming apparatus including a cartridge including an image carrying member and a positioning portion, and an apparatus main body. The apparatus main body including an opening portion, a rotatable opening and closing member, the opening and closing member including an engaging portion and being rotatable between a first position and a second position, an engaged portion, an abutment portion that determines a position of the attached cartridge, and a pressing portion applying pressing force to the cartridge. The opening and closing member rotates from the first position to the second position against counterforce of the pressing force, and the engaging portion is provided in an area of the opening and closing member that is closer to the rotational axis than an area of the opening and closing member that receives the counterforce.

A toner container according to one example embodiment includes a pivotable handle. The handle includes a front segment extending along a front of a body of the toner container when the handle is in a first position for contacting a corresponding pry surface in an image forming device when the handle moves from the first position to a second position. The handle includes a rear segment extending along a rear of the body when the handle is in the first position permitting a user to actuate the rear segment to move the handle from the first position to the second position. The handle includes a first side segment extending along the first side of the body and a second side segment extending along the second side of the body. The first and second side segments connect the front segment and the rear segment.

An operation assisting tool includes a gripper, and an engagement portion to engage with a handle of a drawer drawable from a housing of an image forming apparatus.
