An upper body garment has a first access seam spanning a first sleeve of the garment on an underside from a cuff to an arm pit and spanning a body of the garment from the arm pit to a lower hem. The first access seam can be secured by magnets or other fasteners located intermittently along the sleeve and body which are easily opened for access to treatment areas. Furthermore, when the magnets are opened, the first access seam opens completely on one side of a patient body to peel away over IV needles and other connections for removal using a neck opening and a second sleeve. When the garment (or a new garment) is put back on by the patient through the neck and second sleeve, the first sleeve can be re-secured over connections to the body by rejoining opposing magnets.

A rigid frame is sealed in a waterproof manner to a pair of pants and/or waders, where the frame forms a frame aperture separating an outside from an inside of the pair of pants and/or waders. A rigid lid is pivotably connected to the frame and configured to engage the frame aperture. The rigid lid in an open position allows access through the frame aperture and the rigid lid in a closed position does not allow access through the frame aperture. A seal is disposed between the frame and the lid forming a waterproof closure of the frame aperture when the lid is in the closed position. A latch is pivotably connected to the frame and configured to retain the lid in the closed position. A spring is disposed between the latch and the frame, the spring biasing the latch to retain the lid in the closed position.

A double breasted raincoat has a body, two sleeves, a first collar, two cover sheets, a second collar, and at least one mounting element. The body has a top portion, a left portion, a right portion, a back sheet, a left front sheet, a right front sheet, a neckline, and two cuffs. The neckline is formed thorough the top portion of the body. The two cuffs are respectively formed through the left portion and the right portion of the body. The two sleeves are respectively connected with edges of the two cuffs. The first collar is connected with an edge of the neckline. The second collar is mounted on an inner surface of the first collar. Disclosed herein are bathing garments and methods for showering, for example, outdoors after outdoor activities, such as various sports, fitness competitions, or obstacle races. In one aspect, the bathing garment includes a tubular body panel having an interior surface and exterior surface, a first edge defining a first opening and second edge defining a second opening, the body panel comprising: a plurality of apertures contained within the first and second edges of the body panel, and at least one closure means configured to selectively adjust at least one opening size from a fully open position to a fully closed position. Also disclosed herein are methods for using the disclosed garments.

The present disclosure relates to a convertible activewear apparel for women. The activewear apparel includes a first waist-hip piece which extends into a skirt layer to essentially the mid-hip area starting from a waistband, two second intermediate pieces, and a front intermediate piece and a back intermediate piece (3) which can be connected to one another and to the first waist-hip piece. The activewear apparel may also include a third shorts piece which may be connected to the first waist-hip piece.

A medical access shirt having a medical access configuration and a non-medial access configuration. The medical access shirt includes a shirt body having a pair of front shirt panels and a back shirt panel with the pair of front shirt panels coupled to the back shirt panel. The at least one of the front shirt panels includes a chest panel and an abdominal panel, the chest panel separable from the abdominal panel and the other front shirt panel. The shirt body is operable to transition the medical access shirt between the medical access configuration and the non-medical access configuration by separating the chest panel from the abdominal panel.

An apron includes a skirt configured to hang down from the waist of a wearer, a resilient spring member secured to the skirt and configured to partly extend about a waist of the wearer to hold the skirt in place at the waist of the wearer, and at least one accessory removably secured to the skirt. A device for adjusting the fit of a garment may include a track having a plurality of track teeth; and a button including a shoe designed to removably engage with the track; a spring operatively engaged with the shoe; and a plurality of button teeth operatively attached to the spring. When the spring is not compressed, the plurality of button teeth may be designed to removably engage with the plurality of track teeth, and when the spring is compressed, the plurality of button teeth may be designed to disengage from the plurality of track teeth. The device may be attached to the waistband of a garment, resulting in a garment with an adjustable sized waist.

The pant of the present invention is specifically inspired and configured for use in the motor vehicle industry. The pant may be scratchless, meaning that the pant does not have any exposed features that are capable of scratching the finish on a motor vehicle. For example, the pant may comprise a concealed waistband closure mechanism. The pant may also comprise a scratchless security pocket, which is predisposed toward a closed position and thus does not require the use of buttons or the like. The pant may also be configured to provide enhanced mobility and comfort, allowing a wearer a range of movements without interference from his or her clothing. For example, the pant may be manufactured from a stretchable material and/or may comprise a waistband that is configured to stretch so as to provide increased mobility and comfort.
