DC CANCELLER ADAPTIVE FILTER FOR ATTENUATING NOISE IN A FEEDBACK PATH OF A FLOW CONTROLLER
An electronics (100) with a DCC adaptive filter (112) for attenuating noise in a feedback path of a flow controller is provided. The electronics (100) includes a signal processor (110) configured to receive a flow signal (220a) from a flow sensor (220), the flow sensor (220) is configured to measure a flow rate of a pulsating fluid flow, receive a constant reference signal (112c), and generate a flow rate signal (110a) using the constant reference signal (112c) and the flow signal (220a). The electronics (100) also includes a controller (120) communicatively coupled to the signal processor (110), which is configured to generate a flow rate control signal (120a) using the flow rate signal (110a). The electronics (100) additionally includes a signal generator (130) communicatively coupled to the controller (120). The signal generator (130) is configured to receive the flowrate control signal (120a), generate a valve signal (130a) based on the flow rate control signal (120a), and provide the valve signal (130a) to a valve (210) to control the flow rate of the pulsating flow.
Mass flow control for a conveyor system
A material feed system includes a conveyor powered by a motor, a bin disposed to retain and deposit the material on the conveyor, a load transducer configured to sense total weight of the bin and retained material, a tachometer configured to produce a tachometer output reflecting conveyor speed, a motor controller configured supply the motor with a motor control command driving the motor to a volumetrically estimated mass flow rate based on the tachometer, and a compensator configured to compute a gravimetric mass flow rate based on change in total weight sensed by the load transducer. The compensator is disposed to intercept and adjust either the motor control command or the tachometer output, so as to correct for differences between the volumetrically estimated mass flow rate and the gravimetric mass flow rate.
METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC TUNING OF A CONTROLLER
A method is described for acquiring data for relay-based controller tuning of a controller controlling a system. The method includes determining, based on controller output constraint, a relay amplitude representing an amplitude of a relay signal to be added to steady state controller output to obtain a sum signal to be fed to the system as system input during the acquiring data for relay-based controller tuning; and starting acquiring controller output data and system output data when detecting a steady state of system output while controller output is fed to the system as system input.
Computer-implemented method and system for automated claim construction charts with context associations
A system correlates intellectual property analyzes, for example, patent claim charts, with respect to analyzed intellectual property and a target product or other intellectual property. Analyzes are stored to enable searching and/or creating reports over multiple analyzes. Units of the analysis are associated with a context, inherited, e.g., from the intellectual property document's assignment to a relative role within organizational hierarchy; and associated with a context derived from the analysis itself. The analysis and respective documents and/or targets of the analysis can be searched/retrieved/analyzed from the hierarchical analysis, the context analysis, and/or the content of the analysis. This obviates the need to store each analysis as a separate document. The target or annotations may be visually represented by an item such as a thumbnail or hyperlink, and the system automatically associates the item with the appropriate application program.
Method and device for active control of mechanical vibrations by implementation of a control law consisting of a central corrector and a Youla parameter
A method and a device are based on the application of an active correcting system with central corrector and Youla parameter for the attenuation of essentially monofrequency mechanical vibratory perturbations generated in a material structure by a rotating machine. Previously, a control law corresponding to a block modeling of the system is established and calculated, the blocks being, on the other hand, those of the central corrector and, on the other hand, a Youla parameter block, the modeling being such that only the Youla parameter, in the form of an infinite impulse response filter, has coefficients dependent on the vibratory perturbation frequency. During a phase of use, in real time, the frequency of the current perturbation is determined and the control law is calculated using for the Youla parameter the stored coefficients of a determined perturbation frequency corresponding to the current perturbation frequency.

A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.
Feedback controller parameter generation with stability monitoring
Stability of a control system for a materials testing system using specified filter parameters is confirmed by inputting to the control system a test signal having a predetermined waveform, automatically monitoring the output of the materials testing system, and automatically comparing the output to a threshold. If the output exceeds the threshold, a first action is taken. If the output does not exceed the threshold, input of a command signal to the control system is permitted.
Computer-implemented method and system for automated infringement and non-infringement claim charts with context associations
A system correlates intellectual property analyses, for example, patent claim charts, with respect to analyzed intellectual property and a target product or other intellectual property. Analyses are stored to enable searching and/or creating reports over multiple analyses. Units of the analysis are associated with a context, inherited, e.g., from the intellectual property document's assignment to a relative role within organizational hierarchy; and associated with a context derived from the analysis itself. System and method for analyzing library of legal analysis charts
A computer-enabled system, method, and medium provides intellectual property analyses, for example, patent claim charts, respective to the analyzed intellectual property and a target product or other intellectual property. Analyses are stored to enable searching/reporting across multiple analyses. Units of the analysis are associated with context, inherited, e.g., from the intellectual property document's assignment to a relative role within the organizational hierarchy; and associated with a context derived from the analysis itself. The analysis and respective documents and/or targets of the analysis can be searched/retrieved/analyzed from the hierarchical analysis, the context analysis, and/or the content of the analysis. Each analysis need not be stored as a separate document. The representation of the analysis may by static or dynamic. The target or annotations may be visually represented by an item such as a thumbnail or hyperlink, and the system associates the item with the appropriate application program.
