An elastomeric tape having a shape configuration that provides an enhanced longitudinal stretch characteristic is provided herein. The exemplary tape comprises a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a first side and a second side opposite the first side where the first side comprises a series of alternating peaks and troughs and the second side comprises a series of alternating peaks and troughs.

Examples herein are directed to a knit lower-body garment, methods of manufacturing and/or forming the knit lower-body garment using a flat knitting process, and knit blanks used to form the knit lower-body garment. In examples, the knit lower-body garment is formed from a one-piece knit textile blank that includes partial-length knit courses in select locations and a crotch gusset to provide three-dimensional shaping to the resulting knit lower-body garment. Linking courses are used to reduce tension and reduce grinning issues between portions of the lower-body-garment that are integrally knit together. The use of different (e.g., denser) knit structures in selective regions of the knit lower-body garment is also disclosed. A knitting technique and pattern for simulating the visual effect of a conventional ottoman stitch pattern but in a different orientation is also disclosed.

Provided is cloth that is excellent in dust protection and liquid protection with a first outermost layer of a layered nonwoven fabric containing a predetermined amount of an antistatic agent relative to the entire layer, a second outermost layer of the layered nonwoven fabric containing a predetermined amount or less of an antistatic agent relative to the entire layer, where a joint region includes a seam allowance located on the inner side of the cloth and a tape member, and the seam allowance is covered with the tape member, where at least both end portions of the tape member in a short-side direction are fixed to the second outermost layer, and water pressure resistance (A) of the layered nonwoven fabric is in a predetermined range, and a ratio of water pressure resistance (B) of the joint region to the water pressure resistance (A) is in a predetermined range.

A vest utilizing an assembly and release apparatus and method incorporating a C-shaped clip defining a channel and a smaller slot extending along the channel, attachable to a first location on the vest. A pin of the apparatus is slidably receivable in the channel through the open end to assemble the C-shaped clip and the pin together. The pin has a tab or strip that extends through the slot, for attaching the pin to a second location on the vest. The apparatus includes at least one detent element associated with one of the C-shaped clip and the pin, cooperatively engageable with the other of the C-shaped clip and the pin for retaining the pin in the channel, and releasable in a predetermined manner to allow slidably removing the pin from the channel to provide a quiet and rapid manner of operation.

A protective garment is disclosed that is reusable and can be relaundered over 70 times. The garment is made from a single layer barrier fabric. Any seams on the protective fabric are covered with a seam tape. The seam tape can include an adhesive layer, a cover layer, and an optional film layer positioned between the cover layer and the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer can be a crosslinkable polyester polymer.

An open seat leggings with curtain is fastenerless clothing that covers at least a portion of the lower, and in some embodiments upper, body of the wearer and possesses a flexible seamed opening in the crotch portion that is concealed by a curtain portion. The open seat leggings possess no in-seam, may vary in length, and may further include crus portions having specifically performing seams or stich lines. The curtain portion May comprise a separate removable article of clothing that overlies the open seat leggings or a permanently affixed portion wherein its top edge is stitched into the waistband of the open seat leggings. In every embodiment, wearers may draw the curtain portion aside then squat or sit to widen the seamed opening while maintaining the curtain's orientation hands-free throughout use. Further embodiments contemplate the addition of bra, tanktop, collar, sleeve, forearm, hand loop, and foot loop portions.

Embodiments are directed to a inflatable running jacket including an outer layer and an inner layer that define an internal space of the jacket. The layers of the inflatable running jacket may include an access unit and a fan unit coupled to the inner and outer layer. The fan unit blows outside air into the internal space to provide aa additional insulation to the user of the jacket. The fan unit may heat the air used to inflate the jacket to keep the user warm. The fan unit is electrically connected to a power control unit. The power control unit contains a power source and control unit that is used to power on and off the fan unit.

A wearable protection device including an inflatable element having a plurality of side-by-side segments and configurable between a deflated condition and an inflated condition. The protection device includes a case defining a compartment in which the plurality of segments is housed.
