Information processing apparatus
The information processing apparatus analyzes a machining program, determines whether or not there is a block fulfilling conditions for grouping that are registered in advance in the machining program, and if present, specifies the range of blocks to be grouped according to the grouping conditions, and performs simplified display for the plurality of consecutive blocks that have been grouped on a screen.

Program editing device, wire electrical discharge machine and program editing method
A program editing device is configured such that, when an arc-shaped partial path is selected from a machining path displayed on a display unit based on route information of each of plural blocks, the program editing device calculates a change amount of the radius of curvature of the selected partial path in accordance with an operation of changing the state of the arc of the selected partial path and revises the block corresponding to the selected partial path based on the change amount.

ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION SYSTEM AND PROGRAM
Provided are an abnormality determination system and program that make it possible to accurately detect abnormalities at a machine tool. An abnormality determination system that comprises a detection threshold determination unit that determines a detection threshold for detecting abnormalities at the machine tool on the basis of a motor inference information and an inference precision, a motor measurement unit that acquires motor measurement information about a motor, and a state determination unit that determines the state of the machine tool on the basis of the motor measurement information and the detection threshold.
Machining route display device
A machining route display device includes a display section for displaying a machining route based on coordinate values of a laser machining head calculated by a laser machining head coordinate calculator and display formats set by a first display format setting section and a second display format setting section. At least one of a display color of first data and a shade of the display color of the first data is changed in accordance with the first data acquired by a first data acquiring section, and at least one of a display color of second data and a shade the display color of the second data is changed in accordance with second data acquired by a second data acquiring section.
Manufacturing process data collection and analytics
Techniques are described for receiving manufacturing data and events over real time and non-real time interfaces and associating the data with one another. In one example, real time data is received, the real time data associated with a counter value assigned by a precision counter. The received real time data is stored in a storage buffer, and non-real time data is received, where the non-real time data associated with a counter value assigned by the precision counter. In response to receiving the non-real time data, the buffer is searched for real time data having a matching counter value and, in response to identifying stored real time data associated with a matching counter value, the non-real time data is associated with the real time data based on the match. Data packages are generated including related real time and non-real time data associated with matching counter values.
