MACHINE STATE VISUALIZATION
In some implementations, a method includes receiving data characterizing an operating parameter of a machine, a time period of detection of the operating parameter, and one or more operating states associated with the machine. The method also includes rendering, in a graphical user interface (GUI) display space, a graph including a plot of the received data characterizing the operating parameter. A first axis of the graph is indicative of the time period and a second axis of the graph is indicative of the operating parameter. The method further includes receiving data characterizing user interaction with a first interactive graphical object located in the GUI display space. The first interactive graphical object indicative of a first operating state of the machine over a first sub-period of the time period. The method further includes replacing the first interactive graphical object with a first expanded interactive graphical object. The first expanded interactive graphical object overlays a first portion of the plot of the operating parameter detected during the first sub-period.

In some implementations, a method includes receiving data characterizing an operating parameter of a machine, a time period of detection of the operating parameter, and one or more operating states associated with the machine. A computer-implemented method includes receiving toolpath data for machining a workpiece with a tool along a toolpath. The tool is comprised by a machine tool that is numerically controlled by a control device. Machine code for the machine tool corresponding to the toolpath data is received. A map linking at least one item of the toolpath data and at least one item of the machine code corresponding to the least one item of the toolpath data is created. At least one first item of the toolpath data and one or more second items of the machine code corresponding to the at least one first item are displayed to a user using the created map. A control device and a machine tool arranged and configured to execute the computer-implemented method are also provided.

A computer-implemented method includes receiving toolpath data for machining a workpiece with a tool along a toolpath. The tool is comprised by a machine tool that is numerically controlled by a control device. Machine code for the machine tool corresponding to the toolpath data is received. A map linking at least one item of the toolpath data and at least one item of the machine code corresponding to the least one item of the toolpath data is created. At least one first item of the toolpath data and one or more second items of the machine code corresponding to the at least one first item are displayed to a user using the created map. A control device and a machine tool arranged and configured to execute the computer-implemented method are also provided.
PROCESSING DEVICE AND PROCESSING METHOD
A processing device displays a result of simulation of synchronous control performed by a control device to synchronously control at least two of a plurality of control targets by executing a program. The processing device includes a display that displays the plurality of control targets in accordance with execution of the program in the simulation, an identification unit that identifies, among the plurality of control targets, a synchronization target group including control targets synchronously controlled in the execution of the program in the simulation, and a controller that causes the display to display the synchronization target group identified by the identification unit among the plurality of control targets displayed by the display in a manner distinguishable from control targets other than the synchronization target group.

A control system controls an industrial machine, and each of controllers includes a screen generation unit which generates a controller screen that is displayed on a controller display unit and which generates a glasses screen that is displayed on s glasses-type display device based on a variation in an internal state of the controller screen and the glasses-type display device includes: a transmissive glasses display unit which is arranged so as to correspond to the positions of the eyes of a wearer and which can display the generated glasses screen; a glasses side transmission/reception unit which acquires specific information for specifying the controller that is connected; and a display control unit which displays the glasses screen and the specific information on the glasses display unit.

Provided is an assistance device which can reduce a work load when executing a simulation. The assistance device is provided with: a detection unit which detects a change in a simulation condition for executing a simulation; a working relationship information storage unit which stores working relationship information indicating an influence of a change in a simulation condition on a working simulation result by an industrial machine; a determination unit which determines, from among a plurality of forms of simulation, a form of simulation in which the change in the simulation condition influences the result of the working simulation, on the basis of the change in the simulation condition and the working relationship information; and a selection unit which selects, on the basis of the determination result from the determination unit, the simulation form in which the change in the simulation condition influences the working simulation result.
