Servo actuator default disconnected ID setting method for servo controlling system
09946250 · 2018-04-17 · ·

A servo actuator default disconnected ID setting method is performed by a servo actuator controlling system, which includes a plurality of servo actuators. A first message is broadcasted which indicates that an original ID is replaced with a non-default-disconnected to the plurality of servo actuators. The original ID of each actuator is replaced with the non-default-disconnected according to the first message. A second message is broadcasted which indicates that the non-default-disconnected ID is replaced with a default disconnected ID. And the non-default-disconnected ID of each servo actuator is replaced with the default disconnected ID according to the second message.

A servo actuator ID setting method is performed by a servo actuator controlling system. The servo actuator controlling system includes a master controller and a plurality of servo actuators. One servo actuator is set to disconnect to a next servo actuator. A plurality of interfaces of the master controller are selected to turn on in sequence. The following steps are repeatedly performed to set servo actuator ID: broadcasting a signal to replace an original ID of each of the plurality of servo actuators with a target ID; the plurality of servo actuators in each branch connecting to the master controller; and replacing the original ID of each of the plurality servo actuator with the target ID.

Control device

A controller includes a calculator, a generator, and an adjuster. The calculator calculates a correction value for a position command based on a transmission delay and a control delay included in outputting the position command from the controller to the slave axis drive. The transmission delay is a delay in transmitting the position command to the slave axis drive. The control delay is a delay in the slave axis drive. The generator generates a corrected position command by applying the correction value to a reference position command for the slave axis drive calculated using position information about the master axis drive. The adjuster adjusts, in a predetermined period from when a speed of the master axis drive changes, the correction value to be below a value calculated by the calculator to cause a position of the slave axis drive to avoid exceeding a position of the master axis drive.

Modeling system for collected data of sensors on numerical control machine tool and method therefor

A modeling system for collected data of sensors on a numerical control machine tool and a method therefor. The modeling system comprises a plurality of sensors for collecting numerical control machine tool operation state data serving as multi-channel data, wherein an output end of a sensor is connected to an input end of a multi-channel sensor interface circuit, and an output end of the multi-channel sensor interface circuit is connected to a controller. The plurality of sensors are multi-path temperature sensors. Data that is collected by each sensor and is transmitted to the controller serves as one piece of channel data. The method effectively prevents the defect in the prior art of there being no model for researching a cross correlation of multi-channel data, collected by a plurality of sensors, of an operation state of a numerical control machine tool.
