Control device and control method
A control device for controlling a machine tool so as to drill a workpiece based on a machining program, includes a motor control unit configured to, when drilling the workpiece, control an axis feed motor of the machine tool so that the rotary tool of the machine tool is axially moved by intermittently decelerated feed in which the feed rate of the rotary tool is alternately switched between a first feed rate and a second feed rate that is lower than the first feed rate, under the condition in which the relational equations (1) and (5) are satisfied.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM
The information processing apparatus includes a display unit that displays a selection screen for selecting one of rough processing and finishing processing as an operation type with respect to at least one processing step included in the plurality of processing steps, and a processing program generator that describes at least one selected from a group of a command for setting a time priority mode, a command for allowing a change of a feed rate, and a command for permitting processing during magazine turning in the processing program in a case where the rough processing is selected on the selection screen, and at least one selected from a group of a command for setting an accuracy priority mode, a command for making the feed rate constant, and a command for not permitting processing during magazine turning in the processing program in a case where the finishing processing is selected on the selection screen.
NUMERICAL CONTROL DEVICE AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
This numeral control device includes a control information storage unit that stores a plurality of control information items for controlling a control shaft of a machine tool; a control information determination unit that, on the basis of a speed command for designating a feed speed of the control shaft or a movement command derived from the speed command, determines one control information item among the plurality of control information items stored in a control information storage unit; and a control unit that controls the control shaft on the basis of the one control information item determined by the control information determination unit.
Electronic vaporiser system
An electronic cigarette vaporizer that includes a heating element and further includes or co-operates with an electronics module that (i) detects characteristics of the resistance of the heating element and (ii) uses an inference of temperature derived from that resistance as a control input. The temperature of the heating element may be inferred from data stored in the electronics module that has been empirically obtained for a specific heating element design. The electronics module controls the power delivered to the heating element to ensure that it is no higher than approximately 130 C., plus an error tolerance.
Electronic vaporizer system
An electronic cigarette vaporizer that includes an air pressure valve or device to enable excess air to escape from an e-liquid reservoir in the vaporizer during pressurized filling of the vaporizer with e-liquid. If the vaporizer includes a ceramic cell, then the air pressure device is the wall of the ceramic cell and the reservoir is the chamber arranged outside of the external wall of the ceramic cell.
Feed shaft control method and numerical control work device
Provided is a feed shaft control method, wherein a speed feedback loop having a speed controller is disposed within a position feedback loop having a position controller, forming a cascade coupling, and an acceleration feedback signal which is outputted from a compensator on the basis of an output signal of an acceleration detector is subtracted from a torque instruction. Furthermore, the method implements control wherein a speed is acquired on the basis of the output signal of the acceleration detector, and a signal obtained by multiplying the acquired speed by a gain is added to a speed instruction which is outputted from the position controller.
Electronic vaporiser system
An electronic cigarette vaporizer includes a heating element, an air pressure sensor and a microcontroller; the microcontroller stores, processes or determines the extent of each inhalation using signals from the air pressure sensor. The microcontroller can calculate the approximate e-liquid consumption from the extent of each inhalation or provide data that enables an external processor to calculate approximate e-liquid consumption. The extent of an inhalation is a function of one or more of: duration; peak flow rate; average flow rate.
Numerical controller controlling machining tool based on skiving instruction
A numerical controller calculates a tool path and a tool feed rate based on a cutting point path and a cutting point feed rate instructed by a skiving instruction when a block read from a machining program is the skiving instruction and controls a machining tool based on the calculated tool path and the tool feed rate.
Numerical controller that controls an output value in feedback control
A numerical controller, which is capable of controlling an output value without causing delay or the like in feedback control, includes an instruction program analysis unit configured to analyze a program instruction and generate instruction data instructing movement of the axis, and a speed computation unit configured to start speed computation processing to compute a feeding speed of the axis by the instruction data or an override for the feeding speed by feedback control such that the spindle load value becomes constant. The speed computation unit is configured to update a feature amount intended for elimination of deviation between a desired value and a feedback value in the feedback control when another override that is different than the override that has been computed is output. The feature amount is updated to a value obtained by back calculation from the other override that is to be output.
Versatile systems for continuous in-line blending of butane and petroleum
A system and method are provided for in-line processes of blending butane into gasoline streams, and for blending butane into a gasoline stream at any point along a petroleum pipeline. The invention additionally provides a method for measuring the vapor pressure and vapor to liquid ratio of the gasoline, both upstream and downstream of the blending operation, as well as the sulfur content of the butane entering the blending operation. The blending operation can be controlled to ensure that the blended gasoline meets EPA requirements for vapor pressure and sulfur content of gasoline. The invention further provides a method for accessing and monitoring the operation off-site.
