System, apparatus and method for centralized management of security inspection devices via field bus network
Disclosed is system, apparatus and method for centralized management of security inspection devices, which provide connection and communication between local security inspection devices and a remote control site according to bus communication scheme. The system comprises: a plurality of security inspection devices arranged on the spot; a remote control site arranged at a remote side; and a field bus network connecting the plurality of security inspection devices with the remote control site and transmitting signals between the plurality of security inspection devices and the remote control site according to bus communication scheme. With implementations of the present invention, correct and reliable centralized management of local security inspection devices from the remote control site can be achieved with less signal lines and simpler layout of the lines.
Optimization of human supervisors and cyber-physical systems
A method and system for optimizing a human supervised cyber-physical system determines a state of the human operator based on data from multiple psycho physiological sensors, determines a state of each of multiple cyber-physical systems in the human supervised cyber-physical system based on data provided by the cyber-physical systems, and fuses the state of the human operator and the state of each of the plurality of cyber-physical systems into a single state of the human supervised cyber-physical system. The single state is then used to generate recommendations for optimizing a user interface and to generate high level control signals for the cyber-physical systems.

The method includes, upon receiving a request to display a monitoring viewer from a user, acquiring screen data to be displayed in the monitoring viewer; displaying a control area of the monitoring viewer on a display; displaying a view area of the monitoring viewer on the display; and displaying a monitoring screen in the view area by using the screen data. The view area includes one or more taps. Monitoring performance and efficiency of the HMI system can be increased.

A learning diagnosis apparatus performs learning from failure data to create a diagnostic model, and stores a model, a failure cause part, and sensor data of the equipment in a rare case data table when the number of cases of the failure cause part of the equipment is less than a predetermined number. Then, based on the diagnostic model created by a learning unit, an estimated probability of causing a failure is calculated for each part of the equipment in which a failure has occurred. Based on the rare case data table, a sensor data match rate between sensor data of the equipment in which the failure has occurred and past sensor data of the model of the equipment is calculated. Then, the calculated sensor data match rate for each part of the equipment in which the failure has occurred is displayed.

System and Method for Upgrading Multivendor Wind Turbines
The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for controlling and/or upgrading aftermarket multivendor wind turbines. The system includes a turbine controller configured to control operations of the wind turbine, a safety device configured to provide a signal indicative of a health status of the safety device, and a secondary controller inserted between the safety device and the turbine controller. The secondary controller is configured to receive the signal from the safety device over a communication interface. As such, if the signal indicates a normal health status, the secondary controller is configured to send the signal to the turbine controller, i.e. maintain normal operation. Alternatively, if the signal indicates a poor health status, the secondary controller is configured to adjust the signal based at least in part on a signal bias to an adjusted signal and to provide the adjusted signal to the turbine controller.

The user interface generator is configured to populate the system parameters of the fault causation template with the retrieved operating data and transmit a signal to display a user interface with the populated fault causation template on a display screen.
