Based on the at least one corrective action, the system can generate and/or output instructions for the boiler to perform the at least one corrective action. The system can display an indication of the abnormality and/or the at least one corrective action.
Operation assistance method for executing recommended action in response to alert
An operation assistance method for presenting a recommended operational action in response to an alert issued in a facility includes: detecting issuance of the alert; extracting, from an alert history storage unit, an issuance history of a same type of alert as the alert of which the issuance or the sign of issuance has been detected; extracting, from an operation history storage unit storing an operation history of the facility, an operational action after issuance of the same type of alert; extracting, from an operational data storage unit storing information indicating an operational state of the facility, information indicating the operational state after the operational action, and verifying an influence of the operational action on the operational state; and presenting the recommended operational action in response to the alert of which the issuance has been detected, based on the extracted operational action and the verified influence.
PARALLEL TRANSFORMER TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT AND FAULT DETECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DDC ENCLOSURES
A system, for measurement of temperatures and detection of faults of parallel transformers in a DDC enclosure, that includes a first transformer and a second transformer arranged in a parallel configuration that deliver power to components of a building management system (BMS). The system also includes a direct digital control (DDC) circuit that controls power delivered through the first and the second transformers to the components of the building management system (BMS). The system further includes a first temperature sensor, operationally connected to the DDC circuit, which measures the temperature of the first transformer. Furthermore, the system includes a second temperature sensor, operationally connected to the DDC circuit, which measures the temperature of the second transformer. The DDC circuit determines a difference between the first temperature and the second temperature to predict a fault in the first transformer or the second transformer.
BODE FINGERPRINTING FOR CHARACTERIZATIONS AND FAILURE DETECTIONS IN PROCESSING CHAMBER
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores instructions, which when executed by a processing device of a diagnostic server, cause the processing device to perform certain operations. The operations include receiving, from a processing chamber, (i) measurement values of a combined signal that is based on an injection of an alternating signal wave onto a first output signal of a controller of the processing chamber, and (ii) measurement values of a second output signal of the controller that incorporates feedback from the processing chamber. The operations further include generating, based on the measurement values of the combined signal and the measurement values of the second output signal of the controller, a baseline bode fingerprint pertaining to a state associated with the processing chamber. The operations further include storing, in computer storage, the baseline bode fingerprint to be used in performing diagnostics of the processing chamber.
Bumpless transfer fault tolerant control method for aero-engine under actuator fault
A bumpless transfer fault tolerant control method for aero-engine under actuator fault is disclosed. For an aero-engine actuator fault, by adopting an undesired oscillation problem produced by an active fault tolerant control method based on a virtual actuator, in order to solve the shortage of the existing control method, a bumpless transfer active fault tolerant control design method for the aero-engine actuator fault is provided, which can guarantee that a control system of the reconfigured aero-engine not only has the same state and output as an original fault-free system without changing the structure and parameters of a controller, to achieve a desired control objective, and that a reconfigured system has a smooth transient state, that is, output parameters such as rotational speed, temperature and pressure do not produce the undesired transient characteristics such as overshoot or oscillation.
SYSTEMS FOR SELF-ORGANIZING DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE IN A REFINING ENVIRONMENT
Systems for self-organizing data collection and storage in a refining environment are disclosed. An example system may include a swarm of mobile data collectors structured to interpret a plurality of sensor inputs from sensors in the refining environment, wherein the plurality of sensor inputs is configured to sense at least one of: an operational mode, a fault mode, a maintenance mode, or a health status of a plurality of refining system components disposed in the refining environment, and wherein the plurality of refining system components is structured to contribute, in part, to refining of a product. The self-organizing system organizes a swarm of mobile data collectors to collect data from the system components, and at least one of a storage operation of the data, a data collection operation of the sensors, or a selection operation of the plurality of sensor inputs.
