Liquid supplying device and liquid supplying method
The present invention provides a liquid supplying device that can determine whether a CLC can be used appropriately. A liquid supplying device for supplying a liquid from a liquid source to a cleaning device is provided. The liquid supplying device includes a flow rate control device that measures a flow rate of a liquid from the liquid source and controls the flow rate based on the measured value, an IN-side pressure gauge provided between the liquid source and the flow rate control device and an OUT-side pressure gauge provided between the flow rate control device and the cleaning device.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK AND SYSTEM ADVISOR
Systems and methods for monitoring system health of a well cementing operation are disclosed. A well cementing system includes several fluid pathways and holding/mixing containers. A series of sensors monitors the status of the fluid pathways and the holding/mixing containers. There are redundancies in the fluid pathways, and a preferred order in which the fluid pathways are used. Under normal conditions the fluid for the cementing operation is moved from place to place via the most desired pathway. If the sensors detect a fault, the next-most desired fluid pathway is used. If there are no available fluid pathways, an alarm is issued.
LOW TEMPERATURE THERMAL FLOW RATIO CONTROLLER
Methods and apparatus for a flow ratio controller are provided herein. In some embodiments, a flow ratio controller includes an inlet; a plurality of channels extending from the inlet to a corresponding plurality of outlets; a bypass pipe extending from each channel of the plurality of channels that diverts a small portion of a flow from that channel and then returns the small portion of the flow back to that channel; and a thermal mass flow meter coupled to the bypass pipe having a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, and a heating element disposed therebetween. A controller is configured to determine a flow rate through each of the plurality of channels based on a measured temperature difference between the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A HIGH PRECISION BLENDED GAS MIXTURE COMPRISING A VOLATILE ANALYTE
A system for producing a high precision blended gas product (BGP), the system comprising: a supply of a volatile analyte in liquid form; a supply of an inert carrier gas; a supply of at least one diluent gas; an analyte gasifier (AG) subsystem for receiving the volatile analyte in liquid form, nebulizing the volatile analyte and mixing the nebulized volatile analyte with the inert carrier gas so as to form an analyte gas stream (AGS); and a gas mixer (GM) subsystem for receiving the AGS from the AG subsystem and mixing the AGS with the supply of at least one diluent gas so as to produce the BGP, wherein the GM subsystem comprises: a gas analyzer (GA) for receiving the AGS and analyzing the same; a gas proportioner for receiving the AGS from the GA, receiving the at least one diluent gas, and proportioning the AGS and the at least one diluent gas based on the results of the GA so as to provide a proportioned AGS and a proportioned at least one diluent gas; and a gas mixing chamber for receiving the proportioned AGS and the proportioned at least one diluent from the gas proportioner so as to produce the BGP.
GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM AND GAS SUPPLY METHOD
A gas supply system includes a first flow channel connected to a first gas source of a first gas, formed inside a ceiling or a sidewall of the treatment container, and communicating with the treatment space through a plurality of first gas discharge holes, a second flow channel connected to a second gas source of a second gas, formed inside the ceiling or the sidewall of the treatment container, and communicating with the treatment space through a plurality of second gas discharge holes, and a plurality of first diaphragm valves, wherein each of the first diaphragm valves is provided between the first flow channel and the first gas discharge hole to correspond to the first gas discharge hole.
Process for preparing a polyolefin composition
A process for continuously preparing a polyolefin composition made from or containing a bimodal or multimodal polyolefin and one or more additives in an extruder device equipped with at least one hopper. The process includes the steps of supplying a bimodal or multimodal polyolefin in form of a polyolefin powder to the hopper; (a) measuring the flow rate of the polyolefin powder or (b) measuring the flow rate of the prepared polyolefin pellets; supplying one or more additives to the hopper; adjusting the flow rates of the additives supplied to the hopper in response to the measured flow rate of the polyolefin powder or adjusting the flow rate of the polyolefin powder in response to the measured flow rate of the polyolefin pellets; melting and homogenizing the polyolefin powder and additives within the extruder device; and pelletizing the molten polyolefin composition into the polyolefin pellets.
Apparatus and method for brazing
A brazing system has a first gas source, a second gas source, an enclosure, a brazing torch, and a control system configured to control a ratio of the first gas source and the second gas source.
DYNAMIC METHOD FOR RAPIDLY FILLING IDENTICAL BATCHES OF BOTTLE OF GAS MIXTURES WITH HIGH METROLOGICAL PRECISION
A method for filling a batch of gas bottles with a gas mixture, wherein the gas mixture may have of a single constituent in a matrix or a plurality of constituents in a matrix, which matrix has of one or more base gases, in which a real-time analysis of all the constituents of the gas mixture is carried out at the exit of a mixing chamber and before it enters a compression stage.
TECHNIQUES FOR CONTROLLING PRECURSORS IN CHEMICAL DEPOSITION PROCESSES
An apparatus for controlling precursor flow. The apparatus may include a processor; and a memory unit coupled to the processor, including a flux control routine. The flux control routine may be operative on the processor to monitor the precursor flow and may include a flux calculation processor to determine a precursor flux value based upon a change in detected signal intensity received from a cell of a gas delivery system to deliver a precursor.
Methods for determining transition metal compound concentrations in multicomponent liquid systems
Methods for simultaneously determining the concentrations of transition metal compounds in solutions containing two or more transition metal compounds are described. Polymerization reactor systems providing real-time monitoring and control of the concentrations of the transition metal components of a multicomponent catalyst system are disclosed, as well as methods for operating such polymerization reactor systems.
