A seat assembly is provided with a seat back, and with an actuator that is oriented in a region of the seat back to adjust a seating surface of the seat back. A controller is in electrical communication with the actuator. The controller is programmed to operate the actuator to partially adjust the seating surface toward a target position. Subsequently, the controller operates the actuator to further actuate the actuator after a predetermined delay to further adjust the seating surface toward the target position. The controller is programmed to receive input indicative of a selection of a mode of seat adjustment. The actuator is operated to gradually adjust the seating surface to a target position after a quantity of events associated with the selected mode of seat adjustment.

At least two filters are disposed inside of the cannister, one in pneumatic communication through each of the outlet ports. At least two valves are disposed outside of the cannister. Each valve is in pneumatic communication between a vacuum source and an outlet port so as to permit air to be drawn by the vacuum source from the inlet port simultaneously through the filters. A controller operates the valves to switch the filters from the vacuum source to ambient air so as to permit ambient air to be sequentially intermittently drawn through corresponding valves and filters into the cannister. Preferably, the controller includes a timing mechanism for setting the delay time of the sequential valve operation and a timing mechanism for setting the intermittent time of connection of each filter to ambient air.

The pump draws ambient air from the atmosphere and pumps that air into one or more of the pipes under pressure, in the event that the sensor detects a water pressure below a predetermined threshold within the pipes. Thus, the pressure within the pipe(s) remains higher than the ambient pressure of the material surrounding the pipe(s), to prevent the incursion of microbes, chemicals, and/or other foreign matter into the water supply pipe(s) through any cracks, imperfect joints, and/or other discontinuities in the pipe walls.

A modular multi-pipe pressure regulator for semiconductor manufacturing machines includes 210 pump drive connectors, 210 switches, 210 pressure detectors, 210 rotation speed regulators, 210 alarms and a controller. Each pressure detector is installed in a pipeline of a semiconductor manufacturing machine for detecting the pipeline to feed back a pressure value. The controller has an intelligent computing model. When receiving external power drive, the controller independently controls each switch and lets the pump drive connectors and the rotation speed regulators drive and operate the suction pump and monitor its suction pump to obtain multiple time point rotational speeds after the switch is turned on. The controller detects each pressure value according to a set value and drives the rotation speed regulator to regulate the rotation speed of the suction pump, in order to maintain the pressure value of the pipeline within a tolerance range of the set value.
