FLUID CONTROL VALVES

A fluid control valve for mixing hot and cold water has an inlet for cold water, an inlet for hot water and at least two outlets for temperature controlled water. The valve further has a flow control device comprising a pair of control members that are relatively movable to control flow of water at the inlets and outlets of the valve for selecting flow to an individual outlet or a combination of at least two outlets.

FLUID CONTROL VALVES

A fluid control valve for mixing hot and cold water has an inlet for cold water, an inlet for hot water, and at least one outlet for temperature controlled water. The valve further includes a temperature control device for mixing hot and cold water to provide a source of temperature controlled water that includes a cartridge having inlet ports in communication with the inlets for hot and cold water and an outlet port in communication with the at least one outlet for temperature controlled water. The valve further includes an inner sleeve that defines with the cartridge a first passageway, and an outer sleeve that defines with the inner sleeve and cartridge a second passageway. The first and second passageways are configured to deliver hot and cold water to the inlet ports of the cartridge.

MULTIPLE PROPORTION DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A valve that includes a control spline positioned to move from a first position to a second position and the control spline being axially rotatable in both the first position and second position. The valve also includes a portion of a first fluid mixing cartridge rotatably coupled to at least one portion of the control spline when the control spline is in the second position. The valve includes a portion of a second fluid mixing cartridge rotatably coupled to the at least one portion of the control spline when the control spline is in the second position and the first fluid mixing cartridge is configured to rotate in a different direction than the second fluid mixing cartridge when the control spline is in the second position.

A water valve includes a valve body, a stationary sleeve, and a movable sleeve. The stationary sleeve is received in the valve body, and the movable sleeve is slidably disposed in the stationary sleeve. A partition plate is formed in the movable sleeve to partition the movable sleeve into a cold water cavity and a hot water cavity at two ends respectively. An external wall of the movable sleeve is formed with an annular groove positionally corresponding to the partition plate. When the partition plate is pushed under different pressure of cold water and hot water, the movable sleeve is moved to regulate flow ratio of cold water and hot water. Besides, water is received in the annular groove and the gap between the stationary sleeve and the movable sleeve for cushion and lubrication. Thus, the movable sleeve is easier to move for regulation.

A device for regulating a water flow rate for a faucet body, comprising: a water inlet and outlet, a closing plug having a metal part sliding inside a cylindrical chamber having a diameter substantially equal to a diameter of the plug; a pushbutton comprising a magnet associated with the metal part, the pushbutton able to be operated so as to displace the magnet and the closing plug along an axis of the cylindrical chamber, into two different stable directions, corresponding to opening or closing of the water flow. The device comprises a first disk with a hole; a second disk, coaxial with the first disk and comprising at least another hole; the second disk axially rotatable relative to the first disk, and the flow rate of the water corresponds to a cross-section of a water passage through the second holes, the cross-section associated with an angular displacement of the disks.

The concepts relate to reducing energy loss associated with hot water systems. One example is manifest as a system with an automatic hot water recovery apparatus and selective hot water isolation devices. In one example a selective hot water isolation device is configured to be connected in fluid flowing relation with a first water line and a second water line and the selective hot water isolation device is configured to control water cross-over from the second water line into the first water line based upon water flow through the first water line.

Water pressure controlled mixing valve

A water pressure controlled valve including a housing and a piston slidably received within the housing. First and second water control chambers are positioned on opposite ends of the piston and are fluidly coupled to first and second water control valves, respectively. Operation of the first and second water control valves controls water pressure in the first and second water control chambers to cause sliding movement of the piston and control water supplied to a water outlet.

Mixing valve

A mixing valve includes a balance assembly, and the balance valve assembly includes a hot water outlet and a cold water outlet. A plate assembly includes a first water limiting hole and a second water limiting hole, the valve adjusting assembly is rotatable with respect to the balance valve assembly to adjust an amount of fluid communicating between the water limiting hole and the water outlet to adjust a water temperature. A valve rod is connected to the valve adjusting assembly to drive the valve adjusting assembly to rotate. A temperature limiting ring defines a limiting opening, the valve rod extends through the limiting opening; the valve rod is arranged with a block; the limiting opening limits a rotation angle of the block. A valve body sleeves an outside of the valve adjusting assembly, a gap is defined between the valve body and the valve adjusting assembly.
