Discontinuous reception method, network device and terminal device
Disclosed by the present application are a discontinuous reception method, a network device and a terminal device, the method comprising: a network device determining a first sequence corresponding to a terminal device according to information of a device group to which the terminal device belongs, the first sequence being used for instructing the terminal device to awaken or sleep within the activation period of a discontinuous reception (DRX) period after the first sequence; the terminal device belongs to a device group from among M device groups, and the first sequence corresponds to the device group to which the terminal device belongs, different device groups from among the M device groups corresponding to different first sequences; the network device sending a DRX instruction signal to the terminal device, the DRX instruction signal comprising the first sequence. The first sequence is related to specific information, such as the device group of the terminal device, and thus terminal devices of different attributes may effectively identify respective first sequences, and awaken or sleep during the DRX period after the first sequence according to the instruction of the first sequence.
Vision correction system and method, light field display and light field shaping layer and alignment therefor
Described are various embodiments of a digital display device for use by a user having reduced visual acuity. In one embodiment, the device comprises: a digital display medium comprising an array of pixels and operable to render a pixelated image accordingly; a light field shaping layer defined by an array of light field shaping elements and disposed relative to said digital display so to align each of said light field shaping elements with a corresponding set of said pixels to shape a light field emanating therefrom and thereby at least partially govern a projection thereof from said display medium toward the user; and a hardware processor operable on pixel data for the image such that said processed image is rendered to at least partially compensate for the user's reduced visual acuity.
Anti-glare, privacy screen for windows or electronic device displays
An array of microstructures or frustums on a substrate for reducing glare for electronic device displays or windows. The microstructures are designed to nearly perfectly align with the pixels on the display to avoid adverse viewing effects, such as Moiré effects. Substantially all light from the environment illuminating the front side of the film containing the microstructures from all angles is not reflected to the primary viewer (often viewing at an angle normal to the film). Light illuminating the microstructure from the environment will reflect off the microstructures at angles greater than a defined threshold outside the primary viewers field of view. Thus, glare to the primary viewer is minimized while glare to other views who view from other angles than the primary viewer is increased. This increased glare for other viewers adds privacy for the viewing by the primary viewer.
Light-diffusing user interface surface
An overlay surface for a user interface of a device comprises a lower light-diffusing semitransparent layer affixed to an upper transparent layer. Graphics printed on the bottom surface of the transparent layer are protected from wear by the overlying transparent layer, while light sources back-illuminating the graphics from below are diffused by the semitransparent layer before they reach the graphics. The graphics of the surface may be provided by an opaque mask having transparent or translucent cutouts. The multilayer surface enables the graphics to be evenly back-illuminated while at the same time being protected from external wear without the need for additional light-diffusing elements such as light pipes.
ATTACHMENT POSITION ADJUSTABLE MEMBRANE
An attachment position adjustable membrane, including a membrane body and at least one attachment member. The membrane body allows light to pass through, and the membrane body is provided with at least one accommodating and guiding portion. The attachment member is movably disposed in the at least one accommodating and guiding portion, wherein the at least one attachment member is movable between a first position and a second position in the accommodating and guiding portion.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus with improved assembility, productivity and quality. The display apparatus includes: a display panel; a rear chassis covering a rear surface of the display panel, and the rear chassis including a coupling protrusion protruding toward the display panel; a reflective sheet including a fixing hole in which the coupling protrusion is inserted, and rested on a front surface of the rear chassis when the coupling protrusion is inserted in the fixing hole; and a substrate coupled to the rear chassis in a front direction of the reflective sheet such that the reflective sheet is prevented from being separated from the rear chassis, wherein a plurality of light sources configured to irradiate light toward the display panel are mounted on the substrate.
Adhesive member, display device including the same, and method of fabricating display device
An adhesive member is between an electronic component and an electronic panel that are connected to each other through the adhesive member. The adhesive member has a second surface and a first surface. The adhesive member includes a first recess pattern recessed from the first surface and a second recess pattern recessed from the first surface. The second recess pattern is spaced apart in a first direction from the first recess pattern. A sum of a planar area of the first recess pattern and a planar area of the second recess pattern ranges from about 20 percent (%) to about 70% of a planar area of the first surface.
Display apparatus, structure and manufacturing apparatus of flexible display apparatus
A manufacturing apparatus is configured to bond a display panel to a cover window having a flat portion between a first curvature portion and a second curvature portion. The manufacturing apparatus comprises a first attachment portion configured to press a first adhesive surface of the display panel to the flat portion of the cover window, and a 3D attachment portion configured to press a first edge adhesive surface and a second edge adhesive surface of the display panel to the first curvature portion and the second curvature portion of the window, respectively, and not press the first adhesive surface of the display panel.
Optical film and display module having the same
An optical film includes a rough surface having multiple measuring points constituting multiple virtual measuring planes in a given unit measuring area. A normal to each virtual measuring plane has an angle with a normal to a reference plane. On the reference plane, the projection area of the virtual measuring planes having the angle larger than 20 degrees ranges from 31% to 60% of the projection area of the given unit measuring area. The projection area of the virtual measuring planes having the angle larger than 50 degrees is less than 7% of the projection area of the given unit measuring area. 25% of the measuring points has the height larger than a first height. 75% of the measuring points has the height larger than a second height. The first height and the second height have a difference not less than 0.6 μm and not larger than 2.5 μm.
Electronic device
An electronic device including a casing and a lens module is provided. The casing has a receiving groove. The lens module is assembled to the casing in a multiple-axial manner, located in the receiving groove and capable of rotating in a range of −90 degrees to 90 degrees relative to the casing. By assembling the lens module to the casing through a multiple-axial manner, the gap between the lens module and the casing can be reduced, and the appearance of the simple electronic device can be created.
