The flexible display device includes: a display; a sensor configured to detect at least one rolling characteristic in response to the display being rolled; and a controller configured to perform a first function of the flexible display device based on the detected at least one rolling characteristic.

In one aspect, a device includes at least one processor, at least one touch-sensitive display accessible to the at least one processor, and storage accessible to the at least one processor. The storage includes instructions executable by the at least one processor to present at least a first input element in a first orientation on the at least one touch-sensitive display and to receive a signal from at least one sensor indicating a direction to a user in proximity to the at least one touch-sensitive display. The instructions are also executable to, responsive to the signal, present the first input element in a second orientation on the at least one touch-sensitive display.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a first body, a second body and a first connecting member. The first connecting member is movably connected to the first body and rotatably connected to the second body. The first connecting member is movably connected to the first body to change operation modes of the first body, and the first body is configured to rotate on a connecting surface connecting the first body to the first connecting member. The first connecting member is rotatably connected to the second body, and the first body is configured to flip relative to the second body to open or close the electronic device.

The mobile terminal includes a housing, a display screen, a functional module and a rotating member, the housing defines a recess and a first engaging structure; the display screen is positioned in the housing; the rotating member is rotatably coupled to the housing, wherein the functional module is mounted on the rotating member, the rotating member comprises a second engaging structure cooperated with the first engaging structure, one of the first engaging structure and the second engaging structure is a curved slot communicated with the recess, the other one of the first engaging structure and the second engaging structure is a slider slidably engaged in the curved slot thereby enabling the rotating member to rotate according to an axis of the curved slot, such that the functional module is positioned in the recess or exposed from the housing.

A mobile terminal is disclosed including a first frame, a second frame slidable with respect to the first frame between a first position and a second position, a third frame at a rear side and configured to be slidable with respect to the second frame between a third position and a fourth position, a flexible display unit including a first area, a second area, and a third area, and a sliding unit configured to allow the second frame to slide between the first position and the second position and the third frame to slide between the third position and the fourth position, wherein an area of the third area visible from a front side increases as the second frame slides from the first position to the second position and the third frame slides from the third position to the fourth position.

Disclosed is a supporting device for a display device displaying an image, which includes a multi-joint arm including at least one joint, a hinge connected to one end of the multi-joint arm and rotatably coupled with the display device about a rotation axis extending in the front-rear direction of the display device, a damper to restrict rotation of the hinge to a certain extent to shorten a rotation time of the hinge when the hinge is rotated, and a brake to fix the hinge when the rotation of the hinge is finished, wherein the hinge is disposed on the same plane as the center of gravity of the display device in a vertical direction of the display device.
ACCESSORY DEVICE FOR AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Electronic devices and accessory devices for electronic devices are described. In some instances, an accessory device includes a keyboard and a cover rotatable with respect to the keyboard. In some instances, an accessory device includes a back panel and a foldable cover rotatable with respect to the back panel. These accessory devices may include several magnetic elements designed to magnetically couple with, and retain, an electronic device without any additional mechanical or other interlocking devices. In this regard, the magnetic elements in the accessory devices provide an external magnetic field sufficiently strong enough to retain the electronic device, and can counter gravitational forces and/or the weight of the electronic device. However, some accessory devices include additional magnetic elements that provide an external magnetic field that repels magnetic elements in the electronic device. Also, the magnetic elements may also be used to hold different sections of the accessory device together.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device is capable of substantially preventing damage to a display panel and a hinge portion, the display device including: a panel support portion including a first support portion, a second support portion, and a third support portion; a first hinge portion connecting the first support portion and the second support portion; a second hinge portion connecting the second support portion and the third support portion; a flexible display panel disposed on the panel support portion; and a hinge controller controlling each of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion to be rotatable or unrotatable based on a first angle between the second support portion and the first support portion and a second angle between the second support portion and the third support portion.

Provided is a display system or a display device that is suitable for increasing in size. The display system includes a first display panel, a second display panel, a detection means, and a compensation means. The first display panel includes a first display region. The second display panel includes a second display region. The first display region and the second display region include a first region where they overlap. The detection means has a function of detecting the size of the first region. The compensation means has a function of compensating an image displayed on the first display region in accordance with the change in the size of the first region.
Wearable Devices for the Wrist and/or Arm with Multiple and Multi-Configuration Displays
This invention provides innovative designs for wearable devices for the wrist and/or arm which include multiple displays and/or multi-configuration displays. This provides larger overall display size for better human-to-computer interaction, while being relatively comfortable and attractive. Designs with multi-configuration displays enable transition to larger overall display configurations when needed for human-to-computer interaction and more compact display configurations when not in use for such interaction.
