The present disclosure relates to a display panel including a display area that can be stretched by including a plurality of stretching units and a peripheral area positioned at an edge of the display area. Each of the stretching units includes: a plurality of islands separately disposed to include a plurality of pixels disposed therein; a plurality of bridges extended from the islands to connect adjacent islands or to connect the islands with the peripheral area; and a plurality of openings disposed adjacent to the bridges, between the bridges, and between the bridges and the islands, wherein areas of the islands are gradually increased toward the peripheral area.

A flexible display screen includes a main display portion, a first bending portion, a second bending portion and a corner bending portion. The main display portion includes a first side, an arc-shaped side and a second side that are connected in sequence. The first bending portion is located on a side of the main display portion where the first side is located, and is connected to the first side. The second bending portion is located on a side of the main display portion where the second side is located, and is connected to the second side. The corner bending portion is located on a side of the main display portion where the arc-shaped side is located, and is connected to the arc-shaped side. A plurality of openings are disposed in the corner bending portion, and face a bending direction of the corner bending portion.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a roller accommodated in the housing; a display configured to be withdrawn from or retracted into the housing by operating the roller; and a control unit configured to control the roller such that a screen of the display is formed to face at least one of a first direction and a second direction.

A first bendable section of the circuit board is configured to be bent to a second surface of the flexible display panel along a first side edge; a second bendable section of the circuit board is configured to be bent at a side where the second surface is disposed, such that the logic board protrudes from the first side edge; and a third bendable section of the circuit board is configured to bypass a hinge shaft of the electronic device.

A hinge area and processes of forming the hinge area are described. The hinge area is part of cover of a laptop computer. A material used for the cover is of a certain thickness. Stamping and forming a shape that defines the hinge area is performed on the material. The top of the shape is cut to provide for sides of the hinge area. Squeeze forging operations are performed to thicken the sides, and CNC machining is further performed on the sides.
