INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM DOCKING STATION GLASS HOUSING HAVING AN INTEGRATED ANTENNA
A portable information handling system or docking station glass ceramic housing integrates antenna conductive wires in a first glass ceramic piece and a director conductive wire in a second glass ceramic piece coupled to the first ceramic glass piece, such as with optically-clear adhesive. A conductive contact interfaces the antenna conductive wire by exposure at the glass ceramic housing interior where pogo pins of a printed circuit board assembly bias against the conductive contacts to communicate the radio signals. The director conductive wire provides a parasitic element for directional control of the wireless signal. Ground conductive wires may integrate in the exterior side of the second glass ceramic piece and interface with the radio to provide a dipole antenna.
PRIVACY COVER SLIDER
Particular embodiments described herein provide for a privacy cover in an electronic device. The electronic device includes a camera facing a first direction towards a user, an illumination source facing a second direction, opposite the first direction, and the privacy slider. The privacy slider includes a camera cover, an illumination source reflector, and an indicator that is illuminated by the illumination source when the camera is covered by the camera cover, where the indicator is located in a plane that is perpendicular to a plane that includes the camera.
INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM GLASS HOUSING HAVING AN INTEGRATED ANTENNA
A portable information handling system glass ceramic housing integrates plural wires on opposing sides that interface with a radio to provide a dipole antenna, such as with a radio conductor output interfaced at a wire of the interior side and a radio ground output interfaced at a wire of the exterior side. Conductive contacts interface with the wires by exposure at the glass ceramic housing interior where pogo pins of a printed circuit board assembly bias against the conductive contacts to communicate the radio signals. In one example embodiment, the conductive contacts co-locate with a logo etched into the glass ceramic housing to provide an aesthetically pleasing antenna interface that is difficult to visually detect at the glass ceramic housing exterior.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING FINGERPRINT SENSOR
According to certain embodiments of the disclosure, an electronic device comprising: a support member having a first hole; a first fingerprint sensor disposed in the first hole; and a non-conductive injection molding material integrally joining the support member and the first fingerprint sensor.
FOLDABLE DISPLAY AND PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A foldable display including a first bracket, a second bracket, a rotating shaft connecting the first and the second brackets, at least one third bracket screwed to the rotating shaft, a fourth bracket movably coupled to the second and the third brackets, a flexible display disposed on the first and the fourth brackets, and a flexible supporting member disposed on the flexible display to be bent or flattened along with the flexible display is provided. The rotation of the rotating shaft drives the fourth bracket via the third bracket to move relative to the second bracket. The flexible supporting member is filled in a space composed of the fourth bracket, the second bracket, the first bracket, and the flexible display. A portable electronic device is also disclosed.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device including a housing is provided. The electronic device includes a display module, a communication module, a processor, and a speaker, wherein the speaker includes a speaker enclosure in which a first case and a second case are combined, and the speaker enclosure is arranged in the inner space of the housing and spaced apart from the housing at a predetermined interval, a first antenna pattern is arranged on the surface of the first case, a second antenna pattern is arranged on the surface of the second case, the first antenna pattern and the second antenna pattern are electrically coupled to each other, and the first antenna pattern and the second antenna pattern may be arranged to prevent overlapping with a speaker component arranged inside the speaker enclosure.
LOCKING MECHANISM AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A locking device for connecting a first housing to a second housing is provided, wherein the first housing and the second housing are arranged along a first direction. The locking mechanism includes a first hook, a second hook, a movable member, and a driving member. The first hook and the second hook are affixed to the first housing, and respectively have a first engaging recess and a second engaging recess. The first engaging recess and the second engaging recess are arranged along the first direction. The movable portion has an engaging portion. The driving member is connected to the second housing and the movable member, and is configured to drive the movable member to move relative to the second housing. When the first housing is affixed to the second housing via the locking mechanism, the engaging portion is accommodated in the first engaging recess.
Electronic device
An electronic device includes a display panel, a cushion member disposed below the display panel, an electronic module inserted into a hole defined by the display panel and the cushion member, and a light blocking pattern disposed on the electronic module with the display panel therebetween. The electronic module is spaced apart from a sidewall configured to define the hole in a first state in which the display panel and the cushion member are folded and a second state in which the display panel and the cushion member are unfolded.
HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A mobile phone may include a display, wireless communication circuitry, a battery, and an enclosure enclosing the display, the wireless communication circuitry, and the battery. The enclosure may include a front cover formed from a transparent material and defining a front exterior surface of the mobile phone, a rear cover formed from a glass material and defining a rear exterior surface of the mobile phone, and a first housing component including a first wall section defining a first side exterior surface of the mobile phone, a second wall section defining a second side exterior surface opposite to the first side exterior surface, and a mid-chassis section extending between the first wall section and the second wall section.
WINDOW MEMBER AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A window member includes a window including a first flat part, a first pattern part disposed on a side of the first flat part and having a groove pattern, and a second flat part disposed on an opposite side of the first flat part, the first pattern part being disposed between the first flat part and the second flat part; and a first light-blocking member disposed on a surface of the first flat part and not overlapping the first pattern part or the second flat part in a plan view. The first light-blocking member includes a 1-1-th light-blocking member, a 1-2-th light-blocking member, and a 1-3-th light-blocking member facing the 1-1-th light-blocking member. The 1-1-th light-blocking member, the 1-2-th light-blocking member, and the 1-3-th light-blocking member define a first accommodation space. The 1-3-th light-blocking member is spaced apart from the 1-1-th light-blocking member to define a first open area.
