The top cover is secured to the separate bottom support. The ridge of the separate bottom support is slid into the channel such that the internal support bracket including the power switch is secured in a locked position.

CHASSIS AND STORAGE DEVICE

A chassis for a storage device includes a chassis body and an installation frame slidably installed in the chassis body by using a sliding assembly. The installation frame is configured to slide out from two ends of the chassis body. The sliding assembly includes a first sliding rail, a second sliding rail, and a first limiting assembly. The first sliding rail is fastened to the chassis body, the second sliding rail is fastened to the installation frame, and the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail are slidably assembled. The first limiting assembly includes a first clamping part and a second clamping part that fit with each other. A first drive component drives the first clamping part to be clamped with the second clamping part, and a second drive component drives the first clamping part to be detached from the second clamping part.

An electronic device having a detachable memory is provided with a docking connector, and includes a device body and a memory. The device body has an accommodating slot and a stopping portion provided corresponding to the accommodating slot, and the stopping portion and the accommodating slot jointly form a displacement space in between. The memory is provided with a connector and a protruding stopped portion. When the memory is accommodated in the accommodating slot, the stopped portion is moved along into the displacement space and is stopped by the stopping portion, and the connector is docked with the docking connector. Thus, the memory is provided with an anti-misplugging effect.

A mobile communication device is disclosed, and is modularized to include an electronic device for performing mobile communication and a frame assembly. The frame assembly comprises a circuit board having an electrical connection interface and a frame having a recess for receiving the electronic device. In addition, a first electrical connector is disposed on a side wall of the recess, and the electronic device has a second electrical connector connected to the first electrical connector, such that the electronic device coupled to the circuit board via the forgoing two electrical connectors. By inserting the mobile communication device into an accommodation space in a casing of a host electronic device, the electrical connection interface is inserted into an electrical slot that is arranged in a printed circuit board in the casing, thereby achieving a function expansion of mobile communication for the host electronic device.

A locking mechanism for a device assembly in an information handling system is disclosed. The locking mechanism includes a bulkhead, a compression spring, a leaf spring, and a lever. The compression spring is located within a cavity of the first portion of the bulkhead. A first end of the compression spring is located beyond a surface of the first portion when the compression spring is in a first position. An end of the leaf spring is in physical communication with the first end of the compression spring. The lever is in physical communication with the second portion of the bulkhead and includes an outer surface in physical communication with the leaf spring. When the lever interfaces with a portion of the information handling system and the lever is in a locked position, a connector of an electronic board is fully mated with a connector of the information handling system.
