A photoelectric conversion element is provided which includes a first electrode, an electron transport layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, a hole transport layer, a second electrode, and an insulating layer each overlying a substrate. The first electrode includes a transparent conductive thin-film layer (a), a metal thin-film layer, and a transparent conductive thin-film layer (b). The electron transport layer contains metal oxide particles. The photoelectric conversion layer contains two or more organic materials. The photoelectric conversion element satisfies the following relation: 7.0≤T/D≤40.0 where D represents an average particle diameter of the metal oxide particles and T represents an average thickness of the photoelectric conversion layer.

Optical proximity sensors

A modular proximity sensor including a plurality of sensor modules, each sensor module including a housing, lenses, light detectors, each detector positioned along the image plane of a respective lens so as to receive maximum light intensity when light enters the lens at a particular angle, light emitters, each emitter positioned in relation to a respective lens so as to project light into a detection zone, an activating unit synchronously co-activating each emitter with at least one of the detectors, and a calculating unit receiving detector outputs corresponding to amounts of projected light reflected by an object in the detection zone, and calculating a two-dimensional location of the object in the detection zone based on the detector outputs and the particular angle, wherein neighboring sensor modules monitor different detection zones, and a processor receiving outputs from each sensor module and mapping the object location in multiple detection zones over time.

Keypad

A keypad is provided in the present invention. The keypad includes a keypad shell and a keypad circuit board provided within the keypad shell. The keypad shell is provided with at least two subscriber identity module (SIM) card sockets and a first communication module connected to the SIM card sockets and configured to access the Internet. A SIM card switch is provided between the first communication module and the SIM card sockets. Compared to the prior art, the present invention enables, by means of providing the keypad with the at least two SIM card sockets and the first communication module supporting all major operators, the keypad to access the Internet when connected to a mobile terminal, and ensures uninterrupted Internet data access by switching to a SIM card of a different operator when the SIM card of the current operator has weak reception.
