Method and electronic device for configuring touch screen keyboard
Embodiments herein provide a method for configuring a touch screen keyboard in an electronic device. The method includes identifying a type of one or more applications running in the electronic device. The method includes receiving an input event on the one or more applications. The method includes generating the touch screen keyboard based on the identified type of the at least one application in response to the input event. Further, the method includes displaying the touch screen keyboard on the screen of the electronic device.

A method by which a wearable device displays content and a wearable device therefor are provided. The method includes authorizing a user wearing the wearable device, identifying a first key layout of an input device connected to an electronic device used by the authorized user, generating mapping information in which at least one key in the first key layout is mapped to a different key, displaying, on a display of the wearable device, a second key layout in which the first key layout is mapped according to the mapping information, determining second content as content input by the authorized user, based on the second key layout and an input of the authorized user with respect to the input device, and displaying the second content on the display of the wearable device. The second content and first content may be mutually mapped to each other according to the mapping information.

An industrial truck comprising a driver display and at least one manually actuable operating element, which is assigned a plurality of function keys. A toggle key is provided for the function keys, whereupon actuation of the toggle key, a second function is assigned to at least one of the function keys. The second function is a function that can be selected in a driver-specific manner.
BACKLIGHT KEYBOARD
A backlight keyboard includes a first language keyswitch set having adjacent first and second keyswitches, a first backlight module disposed under the first language keyswitch set, and a masking sheet. The masking sheet is suitable for the backlight keyboard and a second backlight keyboard including a second backlight module and a second language keyswitch set. The first and second keyswitches on the backlight keyboard coincide with a third keyswitch in the second language keyswitch set on the second backlight keyboard. The masking sheet has a first light-exit region layout corresponding to the first, second, and third keyswitches for allowing light to be incident to symbols on the first, second, and third keyswitches. In other words, the masking sheet of the present invention can be applied to different backlight keyboards having different language keyswitch sets.
Control device and control method
A control device controls display of a display device for displaying a display screen for setting operations of the control device that controls an industrial machine and soft keys for operating the display screen. The control device includes: a key input processing unit that receives input from an input device; an input content determining unit that determines a content of the input received by the key input processing unit; a storage unit that stores a soft key definition information table in which operation contents on the display screen to be allocated to the soft keys are defined in advance; a soft key allocation selecting unit that selects the operation contents to be allocated to the soft keys; and a soft key display processing unit that displays the soft keys allocated with the operation contents selected by the soft key allocation selecting unit on the display device.

The one or more commands are used to cause a controllable device to tune to a channel on which the media content provider is being broadcast, to invoke an app associated with the media content provider, to access a website associated with the media content provider, and the like.

An example method of indicating to a user that a biometric input was authenticated. The method is performed at a computing system comprising a processor, memory, a first housing that includes a primary display, and a second housing containing a physical keyboard, a touch-sensitive secondary display, and a biometric input device. The method includes displaying, at the primary display, a web page that identifies items for purchasing, and detecting a selection of an affordance displayed on the web page. In response, displaying, on touch-sensitive secondary display, an alert prompting a user to provide a biometric input to the biometric input device, and detecting a biometric input on the biometric input device that is in second housing. In response to detecting the biometric input, and in accordance with a determination that the biometric input has been authenticated, displaying on the display an indication that purchase of the items has been validated.
