Display Device and Electronic Device
A display device with a narrow bezel is provided. The display device includes a pixel circuit and a driver circuit provided on one plane. The driver circuit includes a selection circuit and a buffer circuit. The buffer circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. Sources of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. Drains of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. Gates of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. The first transistor and the second transistor are stacked so that the direction of the current flow in the first transistor is parallel to that in the second transistor.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The display device also includes a first conductive layer disposed on the first surface and a second conductive layer disposed on the second surface. The display device further includes a processing unit disposed on the second surface and is electrically connected to the processing unit and a first connective portion which at least partially disposed in the substrate, and penetrating from the first surface to the second surface, wherein the first conductive layer is electrically connected to the second conductive layer through the first connective portion.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND SCREEN DISPLAY METHOD THEREOF
An electronic device includes a communicator configured to perform communication with an external device, a display configured to display a UI (User Interface) element in a screen, and a processor. The processor receives through the communicator, touch panel information of the external device and first data according to a first input of a user detected on the touch panel of the external device, and changes a location of the UI element displayed on the screen based on the touch panel information and the first data.

COVER MEMBER AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
Included are a first cover base including an alkali glass layer, a first alkali-free glass layer provided on one face of the alkali glass layer, and a second alkali-free glass layer provided on another face of the alkali glass layer and a sensor that is provided on the first alkali-free glass layer of the first cover base and includes a plurality of first electrodes configured to detect the unevenness of a surface of an object to be detected that comes into contact with or close to the first cover base and a switching element. At least the first electrodes are formed above the first alkali-free glass layer and in a transmissive area that passes an image.

Disclosed is a touch sensor, including: first sensing patterns extended in a first direction and arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, in which each of the first sensing patterns includes: first variable resistive patterns arranged in the first direction; and first conductive patterns connecting the first variable resistive patterns, and lengths of the first variable resistive patterns in the first direction are increased in the second direction.
Display device and electronic device having the same
A display device includes a display module having a display region and a non-display region, and a window module disposed on the display module. The window module includes a thin glass substrate, a window protective layer disposed on the thin glass substrate, and a bezel pattern disposed on a surface of the thin glass substrate or disposed on a surface of the window protective layer. The bezel pattern overlaps the non-display region. The edge of the thin glass substrate does not overlap the bezel pattern in a plan view, and the edge of the thin glass substrate is not aligned with the outer edge of the bezel pattern in a plan view.
Fingerprint sensing apparatus, fingerprint readout circuit, and touch display panel
A fingerprint sensing apparatus includes a plurality of fingerprint sensors and a fingerprint readout circuit. The fingerprint sensors may be configured to operate in a fingerprint sensing cycle. The fingerprint readout circuit may be coupled to the plurality of fingerprint sensors via a plurality of sensing lines. The fingerprint readout circuit may be configured to control the fingerprint sensors to operate in the fingerprint sensing cycle. The fingerprint sensing cycle includes an initialization period, an exposure period and a readout period. A voltage of a reset node in each fingerprint sensor among the plurality of fingerprint sensors is reset to a first voltage in a reset period after the fingerprint sensing cycle ends. The voltage of the reset node in each fingerprint sensor is initialized to an initial voltage in the initialization period. The initial voltage is different from the first voltage.

A display device includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of TFTs, a first electrode arranged between a channel of one of the plurality of TFTs and the flexible substrate, at least one inorganic insulating film arranged between one of the plurality of TFTs and the first electrode, a second electrode arranged on the opposite side to the side where one of the plurality of TFTs is arranged with respect to the first electrode, and an organic insulating film arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode.

A fingerprint sensor includes: a substrate; a circuit element layer on a first surface of the substrate and including a plurality of conductive layers; a light emitting element layer on the circuit element layer and including light emitting elements and a light shielding layer; and a light sensor layer on a second surface of the substrate and including light sensors, wherein the light shielding layer includes contact holes exposing first electrodes of the light emitting elements, and first opening portions exposing a portion of the circuit element layer, and the circuit element layer includes second opening portions formed in the plurality of conductive layers and includes a light transmission hole of which at least a portion overlaps the first opening portions.
