INTEGRATED FINGERPRINT DETECTION TOUCH CONTROL DISPLAY APPARATUS AND INTEGRATED METHOD OF FINGERPRINT DETECTION, TOUCH CONTROL, AND IMAGE DISPLAY
The present application provides an integrated fingerprint detection touch control display apparatus. The integrated fingerprint detection touch control display apparatus includes a plurality of fingerprint sensing driver circuits respectively configured to independently control fingerprint detection respectively in a plurality of sensing regions in the integrated fingerprint detection touch control display apparatus; a touch sensing driver circuit configured to control touch detection in the integrated fingerprint detection touch control display apparatus; a counter substrate; and an array substrate facing the counter substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of light sources; a plurality of photosensors; a plurality of photosensor driving thin film transistors respectively connected to the plurality of photosensors; a plurality of first gate lines respectively connected to the plurality of fingerprint sensing driver circuits; and a plurality of second gate lines connected to the touch sensing driver circuit for detecting a touch.
INFRARED TOUCH DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An infrared touch display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A high-adhesive adhesive layer is pre-attached to a lower surface of a cover to prevent a narrow adhesive stripe made of an optical adhesive from being misaligned or falling off when it is attached to the cover. A small amount of the optical adhesive is used to make the cover and the display panel fit closely to achieve a vacuum attaching, which saves a lot of optical adhesive materials and reduces production costs. Also, a signal transmission performance of an infrared touch panel is further enhanced.

INFRARED TOUCH DISPLAY DEVICE
An infrared touch display device is provided to include a display panel, an optical adhesive layer, a cover plate and an infrared touch panel that are overlapped in an order from bottom to top, and a microstructure layer. The optical adhesive layer is shaped as a ring and disposed in a peripheral area of an upper surface of the display panel. The area encompassed by the optical adhesive layer forms a vacuum room. The cover plate is disposed on the optical adhesive layer. The infrared touch panel is disposed on the cover plate. The microstructure layer is disposed at a side of the cover plate and has an anti-glare function.

An electronic device, including: a display panel, including a fingerprint recognition region, the fingerprint recognition region including a central region and an edge region surrounding the central region; an optical sensor, configured to collect a fingerprint image of a target object and including a plurality of photosensitive units, wherein a projection of the optical sensor on the display panel along a direction perpendicular to the display panel is within the fingerprint recognition region; and a controller, configured to control photosensitive performance of at least one photosensitive unit corresponding to the edge region to be better than photosensitive performance of at least one photosensitive unit corresponding to the central region.

A touch screen panel using a thin film transistor (TFT) photodetector includes a touch panel including a plurality of unit patterns for sensing light reflected by a touch by using a TFT photodetector including an active layer formed of amorphous silicon or polycrystalline silicon on an amorphous transparent material, and a controller configured to scan the plurality of unit patterns and read touch coordinates as a result of the scanning.
