A vehicle display device provided in a vehicle includes a display 33 and a controller. The controller displays a video showing a side view and a rear view from a vehicle 1 on the display 33 when a passenger gets out of the vehicle 1 while the vehicle 1 is stopped.

TOUCH DISPLAY DEVICE INTEGRATED WITH FINGERPRINT RECOGNITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A touch display device includes a display screen and a touch chip. The display screen includes pixel units arranged in an array, each pixel unit including a gate line and a touch signal line intersecting with each other, a touch sensing unit, and a touch transistor. The touch sensing unit includes a touch sensing electrode. A gate electrode and a drain electrode of the touch transistor are connected to the gate line and the touch sensing unit respectively. The touch chip is connected to a source electrode of the touch transistor through the touch signal line. The touch chip charges the touch sensing unit while the display screen displays the n-th frame of picture, discharges the touch sensing unit while the display screen displays the (n+1)-th frame of picture, and compares charge data of the touch sensing unit to determine coordinates of touch positions and to generate corresponding fingerprint signals.

Peripheral display devices

A disclosed example method to display information from a computer system includes: accessing peripheral display information in a designated peripheral display area of a frame buffer memory in response to detecting a presence of the peripheral display information, the designated peripheral display area being a subarea of the frame buffer memory, the sub-area covering less than an entirety of a main screen of a monitor; displaying, via a peripheral information display device, the peripheral display information from the designated peripheral display area of the frame buffer memory, the peripheral information display device being separate from the main screen; determining user input coordinates based on a user interaction with the peripheral display information; updating the peripheral display information from a computer to the frame buffer memory; and displaying the updated peripheral display information from the designated peripheral display area of the frame buffer memory via the peripheral information display device.
