Glass device housings
An electronic device may have a glass housing structures. The glass housing structures may be used to cover a display and other internal electronic device components. The glass housing structure may have multiple glass pieces that are joined using a glass fusing process. A peripheral glass member may be fused along the edge of a planar glass member to enhance the thickness of the edge. A rounded edge feature may be formed by machining the thickened edge. Raised fused glass features may surround openings in the planar glass member. Multiple planar glass members may be fused together to form a five-sided box in which electronic components may be mounted. Raised support structure ribs may be formed by fusing glass structures to a planar glass member. Opaque masking material and colored glass may be used to create portions of the glass housing structures that hide internal device components from view.

Touch sensor, display device, display module, and electronic device
Sensing time of a touch sensor is shortened to increase responsiveness of touch sensing. A display device includes a gate driver, a plurality of touch sensors, and a plurality of touch wirings. The gate driver has a function of supplying a scan signal to the plurality of touch wirings at the same timing, and the touch sensors in different positions sense a plurality of touches at the same timing. In this manner, the responsiveness of touch sensing is increased. The gate driver has a function of controlling a scan signal for refreshing display and a scan signal used by the touch sensor for sensing.

Display circuitry including strain gauge
A system may include a display driven using display driving circuitry to present an image via pixels. The display driving circuitry may include a sensor core compatible with one or more strain sensing circuits. The same sensor core may be used by a control system of the display to sense a stress applied to a strained region of a display using a current divider sensing circuit and/or a Wheatstone bridge sensing circuit.

Touch panel
A touch panel comprises: a first electrode substrate having a first conductive film; a second electrode substrate having a decorative portion facing the first conductive film; and a case configured to contain the first electrode substrate, wherein the first electrode substrate has a larger area than the second electrode substrate, and wherein the case is configured to cover an outer peripheral portion of the first electrode substrate outside the second electrode substrate, and not to cover the second electrode substrate.
BONDING STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A bonding structure includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode layer, a second sensing electrode layer, an optical film layer, and a protective layer. The substrate has opposite first and second surfaces. A sensing area and a bonding area are defined on the substrate. The first sensing electrode layer is disposed on the first surface. The second sensing electrode layer is disposed on the second surface. The optical film layer covers the first sensing electrode layer and has a first bonding opening located in the bonding area. The protective layer covers the second sensing electrode layer and has a second bonding opening located in the bonding area. The first and second bonding openings respectively expose a part of the first sensing electrode layer and a part of the second sensing electrode layer and are misaligned in a direction perpendicular to the first or second surface.
