The controller controls output of at least one application on the display in the enlarged display mode, and controls, upon receiving an event, output of an application corresponding to the event in a first region based on a signal for confirming the received event. The first region is an event application region when a preset application is being output in the enlarged display mode and is a main region of the enlarged display mode when the preset application is not being output in the enlarged display mode.

A mobile terminal and a control method therefor are disclosed. An information processing apparatus includes a memory storing a program and at least one processor that executes the program to implement processes of detecting a speed of motion of a user based on motion information relating to a motion of the user that is detected by a detection device, and generating position information of a position indication display information item, which is displayed on a display device and indicates a position designated by the user, based on the motion information relating to the motion of the user. The position information of the position indication display information item is generated by restricting a moving direction of the position indication display information item to a predetermined direction when the detected speed of motion of the user does not meet a predetermined speed condition.

A first UI is rendered on a user device that includes a text-based transcription or caption of dialogue being communicated between users of the communication session. In response to receiving a selection of a portion of the transcription or caption for corresponding via a messaging function of the communication session, rendering a second UI including the selected portion and current messages exchanged between the users of the communication session. The selected portion is rendered along with subsequent messages exchanged between the users of the communication session.

The present invention is directed to a user-operated spotlight system and method for lighting a performer on a stage or performance space; the user-operated spotlight system comprising a screen which displays an image of the stage and a cursor, a screen cursor positioner adapted to be operated to move the cursor on the screen, a processor connected to the screen, and, a plurality of controllable spotlights which are connected to the processor and which plurality of controllable spotlights can be moved by a user moving the cursor on the screen. The advantage of providing such a user-operated spotlight system is that a single user can operate a plurality of spotlights.

The present invention is directed to a user-operated spotlight system and method for lighting a performer on a stage or performance space; the user-operated spotlight system comprising a screen which displays an image of the stage and a cursor, a screen cursor positioner adapted to be operated to move the cursor on the screen, a processor connected to the screen, and, a plurality of controllable spotlights which are connected to the processor and which plurality of controllable spotlights can be moved by a user moving the cursor on the screen. The portable device sends first data to a large-screen device, where the first data includes image data generated by the portable device in response to a second touch operation, the second touch operation is an operation that is generated based on the first touch operation and that is directly performed on the first functional area, and the first data is used by the large-screen device to update the second image.
