The system includes a processor which implements the method, including: receiving by an input unit a first user input including a request to execute a task using at least one of the electronic device or an external device, transmitting by a wireless communication unit first data associated with the first user input to an external server, receiving a first response from the external server including information associated with at least one of the first user input and a sequence of electronic device states for performing at least a portion of the task, receiving a second user input assigning at least one of a voice command and a touch operation received by a touch screen display as the request to perform the task, and transmitting second data associated with the second user input to the external server.

By providing a sensing unit below a fingerprint recognition area of a display unit, when a user needs to start an application, the user only needs to synchronously click an icon corresponding to an application to be started in the fingerprint recognition area of the screen; the sensing unit acquires fingerprint information of the user, and then compares the acquired fingerprint information with preset fingerprint information, to start the application or perform unlocking. Compared with an existing approach for a mobile apparatus to start an application by means of fingerprint recognition, the method and device improves the operability of application icons on a screen and enhances user experience, and can also effectively reduce the overall thickness of a mobile apparatus, making the mobile apparatus thinner and lighter to meet the market demands.

In response to an add design element instruction and design element specification, the specified design element is rendered in the selected design area on the model image. Customization permissions associated with the selected design area are accessed, and using the customization permissions, a first set of design element edit tools are selected and rendered. User edits to the design element may be received and rendered in real time. Manufacturing instructions may be transmitted to a printing system.

Systems and methods for enabling quick access to media options are provided. A display of a plurality of icons is generated, wherein each of the plurality of icons represents a different one of a plurality of applications. A user input is detected that identifies a first of the plurality of icons associated with a first of the plurality of applications. In response to determining that the user input corresponds to a quick access operation, first and second media asset identifiers and corresponding media options are retrieved from each of second and third applications. A menu that includes the retrieved first and second media asset identifiers is generated for display with the plurality of icons.

Systems and methods for enabling quick access to media options are provided. A display of a plurality of icons is generated, wherein each of the plurality of icons represents a different one of a plurality of applications. A user input is detected that identifies a first of the plurality of icons associated with a first of the plurality of applications. In response to determining that the user input corresponds to a quick access operation, first and second media asset identifiers and corresponding media options are retrieved from each of second and third applications. A menu that includes the retrieved first and second media asset identifiers is generated for display with the plurality of icons.

Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a first communicator, a second communicator; and a processor configured to determine whether or not an external electronic apparatus outputting input speech is connectable to a network connectable through the first communicator, based on the input speech, and to transmit a signal for controlling the external electronic apparatus to the external electronic apparatus through the first communicator or the second communicator depending on whether or not the external electronic apparatus is connectable to the network.

Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a first communicator, a second communicator; and a processor configured to determine whether or not an external electronic apparatus outputting input speech is connectable to a network connectable through the first communicator, based on the input speech, and to transmit a signal for controlling the external electronic apparatus to the external electronic apparatus through the first communicator or the second communicator depending on whether or not the external electronic apparatus is connectable to the network.
